    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio's so-called 5G is a complete joke in my area. After paying for a 5G plan, I'm getting speeds in KB/s. In 2026, this level of service is unacceptable. Stop marketing "5G" if you can't deliver basic internet speeds. #Jio #NetworkIssue #5G

    Very disappointed with the service. My JioFiber installation is still pending, and when I contacted customer support, the representative spoke rudely instead of helping. Requesting immediate assistance and a review of this experience. Order No: NO0001DLXS7O. @jio_fiber @JioCare

    Dear 🚨 @JioCare Internet issues started on 27 Apr and remained unresolved until now May. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Despite losing around 30 days more of service, my plan validity was not extended. Instead, a new bill was generated, my account was suspended, and I am being asked to pay first while rebate request SR000036I24H is still under process.     @JioCare Without follow-up the jio installation is not happening. The time for installation is too much. How the team jio will react on break down issues. The jio representative Mr. Pavan Kalyan offered formalities for installation. What action will take the team jio.
