    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding Slow Internet Speed I am facing very slow internet speed on my Jio number. The internet is not working properly despite good signal Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. This is a recurring problem.

    @JioCare I have recharged my number with 500 rs and this package facilitate 14 ott app but these apps are not working. Customer care advisor 3 time tell me that half an hour will work But till now not working
