    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio what kind of nonsense customer support u have. U cannot acknowledge a complaint 781684866836. You guys will not deliver items and when there is a complaint then you will not even acknowledge and solve it

    @JioCare More than 24 hrs passed but no communication from your end. All I know is that I paid ₹2222 for no service and there is no chance to get that amount refunded.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m a JioFiber user in Bengaluru facing internet outage for hours even though the router is on and LED is green. All troubleshooting via MyJio done, issue persists. Phone support says “technical outage in your area” but there was no SMS/email notification.

    @JioCare it looks like Reliance is not able to pay salary to their employees that's why jiocare no 199 and 198 are not able to connect with customer care.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare thanks for your Awesome support I am convinced that I need to switch my ISP provider. Called 5 times to ur customer care but the issue still persists and none of ur agents are committed to solve the issue. Have dropped a note ur customer care
