    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    Hay @airtelindia improve your network in Vikhroli West or else give my refund want to port to @reliancejio asap. There are no way to connect with your support nothing is happening. I am not bagging I have paid money and I want better network not **** 💩 understood.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I would like to inform you that my Jio TV has stopped working again. I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for a technician to visit my location to resolve the problem ASAP.

    @JioCare Every service request has been auto-closed or rescheduled without any technician resolving the issue. I've repeatedly followed up with Mr. Yash Sharma (+91 79846 14296), Mr. Nainesh (8200775740)&Mr. Hiren Parmar (6352793205), but there's still no solution.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @JioCare she was constantly asking me to jist wait.. she told me 24 hours have not been passed and you have to wait, but the reality is that it been 2 days now and for sure it will not be fixed today as technician couldnt identify the issue.. such a shame..
