    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue is very simple No speed If connects it shows no internet and that's all , very frustrating Happening since may 10th , so much disruption while doing Office work Recharging 50rs daily I mean what I need to explain here? Neighbours WIFI working absolutely fine but ours 0

    @JioCare Home internet is out. Complaint raised but unattended for three days. I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.

    The network service provided in our area is of extremely poor quality. Whenever I call customer care, they merely promise to improve the network. Despite paying for recharges, the network remains third-rate.@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
