  @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

  @JioCare 3+ days after payment, my JioFiber is still not installed. Order: NO0001EPBEB. No response, only "We're scheduling it." Worst service. Install it ASAP or stop misleading customers. #JioFiber #poorservice #Fraud
