  At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

  @JioCare Jio fiber person called me , confirmed there is no optical fiber near my area, only half is covered, it's been almost 5 years since I asked @JioCare to cover the area with optical fiber solution, they are just trying to sell Airfiber which is not stable as I'm already using it.

  Genuine feedback from Hyderabad users only! How is @excitel_rocks as an ISP, i have mixed reactions, so far i have used ACT,AirtelFiber,JioAirfiber. @JioCare is pathetic in terms of quality assurance and customer service.

  In summer powercut happens frequently & most of the time we couldn't use 5g properly and many works done online and it creates many problems for us. I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio
