    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @reliancejio My JioFiber complaint SR00003EUCTB has been pending since 23 Aug. Today is 30 Aug, and 7 days have passed with no resolution. Very poor service and no proper response. Please resolve this issue urgently and provide an immediate update.

    I am from selu amba ambajogai beed 431523, I have called many times on customer care regarding range issue customer only saying us that we have taken ur complain we will take action on this but no response after that there more than 75% users are there in village @reliancejio

    Very poor response from @reliancejio regarding JioAirFiber installation. I registered my mobile number for a new connection, but no one has contacted me for eKYC or installation yet. No proper update or follow-up from the team.
