    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio You guys want to loot people money and make ur owner a rich person WORST WORST WORST customer care and USELESS people working on it. Check the status of my fiber and validate how many chasers i made for installation and now for refund of ur inability.

    @JioCare Why mam this your fault.. Airtel giving best of service and rebate too. This is my last month after I will shift to airtel . If you not given rebate .

    My Jio Fiber internet is not working from 2 days. Appointment rescheduled twice without any intimation and even after that no update, no visit from any one. Contact Centre trying to dodge the questions and deliberately disconnecting call @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio network in my area for the last 24 hrs. 5G speeds = 3G level, barely 2 bars,4G = zero indoor. Old unresolved issue: during power cuts, indoor coverage vanishes completely and takes 20-25 mins to restore even after power is back. pin401305

    @JioCare By the why please explain why does jio fiber app asks for convenient time slot of sending representative when it never follows it. It is always thrown to a two three days forward date.
