    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare you guys are joking right, 48 hours of internet outage, not one way to get through to customer care. This is some kind of fraud. The customer care via call or chat just simply told me that there is an outage in my area, inconvenience is highly regretted. Ridiculous

    Dear @JioCare, it's been 7 days since I reported the network issue, but there has been noimprovement. Internet speed is still just 20–30 KB/s, making it impossible to use basic online services. Please stop giving generic replies and resolve this issue immediately.@TRAI @DoT_India
