    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @deepalinaair @JioCare This is what Unicorns with monopoly give us. No responsibility for customer care or service once you have paid for the product/service. A big reason why we need a web of many small to mid-sized players in every vertical.

    Hi @JioCare team. After multiple visits, phone calls, the issue is still not solved. The router may need to be changed. We hv a 500MBPS plan but get only 350MBPS avg with new router u installed. Earlier router would give us avg 450MBPS

    @JioCare payment done on 16th April, and installation still pending. The engineer Shivraju was very cooperative and communicative for registration and payment, but now he does not respond & provides daily false commitment. Issue raised to Manager Manjunath and await response.

    @JioCare #JioFiber Your employee getting enough salary for not to work ! We bring building approval even they are not ready to come and resolve install issue,required connection of 100 MBP to start, but seems your compnay @reliancejio have enough money to avoid new customers ?
