    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Akshay, I am available all the time, your technician is not coming as per the scheduled time. Also I am unable to see any details of assigned technician and hence unable to call him. Kindly help and assist in resolving this on priority.

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare I compared data usage by both airtel and jio while on airtel it was more expensive bht on jio I couldn't understand how the hell my data ended so early same 2gb per day as on airtel. Damn this duopoly.

    @JioCare SR00003ECGX9 raised for compensation for 9 DAYS OF TOTAL OUTAGE (Aug 6-14). Pushing its ETA to Aug 27 just for a simple validity extension is unreasonable & violates TRAI QoS norms. Official DoT Appeal (DOTEL/E/A/26/0011141) is active. Expedite this immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @TRAI Yes but @JioCare doesn't care. It's been 2 months since I raised service requests and numerous escalations but they didn't give a damn. All because regulator doesn't take any action.

    Hello @reliancejio ...90% of the residents in our village use Jio services, yet the internet connectivity is not functioning as it should. Complaints have been lodged multiple times by various individuals, but no solution has been found so far.
