  At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

  @JioCare Team, can i have update on Pending order id NO0001F4SWSK / complaint SR00003E1PEP this req was raised on 11th for online sim, with no option to cancel order, no update, tracking stuck in same status from day one, payment upfront asked, this is pathetic service @TRAI @DoT_India

  @JioCare @JioCare I get 120 Mbps at 4 AM, but during the day/night I get only ~2 Mbps. So the issue is clearly NOT 5G connectivity. It seems your network cannot handle the congestion/traffic. I still hope you can fix this. If not, just say it—I’ll switch. @TRAI

  @JioCare Have DM you my registered mobile number and jio fibre number both. Have not received any call neither I am able to connect to a customer care number.
