  At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

  @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

  @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here

  Hello @JioCare , what’s this kind of service there no Internet , I paid monthly for jio fiber .. it’s not able to open my WhatsApp and also there no network no calling nothing .. area 841420 Jio fiber connection on -9074918331
