    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare There can't be anything worst then Jio Customer service. U people shud shut the business. Ur team has closed the escalation request without addressing it. Ur field engineer don't answer call.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My number 6283450844 has had issues for 10–15 days. Calls connect only after multiple attempts, callers often hear "Invalid Number", and 198/199 IVR doesn't detect key presses. Please investigate urgently.

    @KaurSimran23710 @JioCare Yeah I have been a jio user thank you but I would prefer airtel anyday @JioCare stop doing this social media pr I had multiple jio Sims n broadband ur pathetic services made sure I dumped them Relaince should stay away from retail they dont really understand customer services

    @JioCare It's been a long time since I raised complaint SR000037NNJD, but the internet connectivity issue remains unresolved. We are tired of facing the same problem every day. Please take immediate action and fix it.
