    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @fiber_jio : i feel sorry to switch to Jio from existing broadband provide. Facing great difficulty and there is no one to respond. People who sourced is now vanished in thin air. Can you help or escalation is the way forward
