    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio I no longer want to continue with JioFiber. I’m planning to get an Airtel Fiber connection instead. Please tell me the process to disconnect/terminate my JioFiber connection and let me know what I need to do from my side.

    @JioCare service is scheduled for Sunday 8 PM,yesterday an engineer was assigned late evening via MyJio, but when I called, he said he was assigned only for installation, not service. Installation gets same-day support, but service gets delayed.

    @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since Saturday. I’ve contacted Customer Care 20+ times, but I keep getting the same “4 hours” ETA. I work from home and 2 days of attendance are already affected. Please urgently escalate this issue. Ref: MR0001SHMHV1

    Useless customer service, talen prime membership via jio app and the can't even assist inspite of activation the subconscious functionality. Kindly refund the amount because customer care doesn't even know the process @JioCare
