At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

@JioCare a simple postpaid bill connection and wasted my almost a week, and without any solution. what a dumb process, team, Jio store people, everybody. not even have some common sense. pathetic experience. be aware. @Airtel_Presence is way better at least in how they handle.

@JioCare Even I don't want dat 2 do but if der is no network then hw wud it be possible for me to stay with jio. I was wth @Airtel_Presence since long time but they said to optimize network it will take atleast 90 days n dats d reason I ported out frm airtel n now facing same issue(1/2)

@JioCare @TRAI now my first number and alternate number both are on jio and there is no jio network in my area. Can u pls let me know if there is an option to port out from network provider even after not completing 3 months period after new port request completion?

@JioCare @JioCare We can't tell someone not to use as iam using the net . There must be some solution . But ready made answers are not solution for it . Need to improve you quality amplifiers, booster etc.
