At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

@Mr_Akash_Office @JioCare Totally agree, I have opted for Jio Fiber and paid the advance for 3 months, they have been lying from the last 5 days that the connection will be installed, no response from the customer care team and they are trained well to give false information to their customers

@JioCare Now daily quota over but unlimited 5g showing in my account but net not accessible. If 5g tower issues allow 4g unlimited as true 5g will take at later installation process of 5g at 533408. Iam in dilemma whether net will come or not as 5g unlimited showingin myaccount
