    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is 12 pm on 23rd..Where you guys? It is clearly your intensity to disappoint me till I give up and leave the advance I have given to ur company as a donation, no wonder if executives behave the way they do, they know that no one cares about the customer at jio just the money

    @JioCare Hi Palak, Jio team has been trying to resolve this issue from past 3 months. A small amount of Rs 1500 can't be refunded by Jio team to its correct owner. Jio employee does a fraud and cheat which Jio team can't handle. Even the Customer care has been involved from past 3 weeks

    @reliancejio Jio extender (order id JEF30369553) is not working. Followed the steps mentioned in manual and tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned by customer care. Visited Hapur service center and no body has knowledge regarding it. Please let me know how it can be fixed
