    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare Day 6 of cancellation request, still no response of Device pickup, sms, mails, etc. They show no interest in customer cancellation issues. Lerthagic Resolution. SR000016OCG9. The link to track SR is of namesake. Showing interest in new connetion why not so for cancel.

    @JioCare My Jio Fibre Internet has been disconnected on Sunday, Till now I've called 4 times on your toll free no. 18008969999 to get my issue resolved, but I'm hearing only one line from CS Team "your issue get resolved within 24 hrs" whereas it's been more than 24 hrs

    I am paying money for service and I am not getting that. No proper update on service request. My WFH is still on and one day without internet is a major issue for me.Kindly disconnect the broadband service of mine. I want to switch to other service provider. @TRAI @reliancejio

    @JioCare Poor support experience!!! Got service person number from Jio fiber support team, he is not responding to calls Service person name: Clint O Mobile number: +918970090630 From yesterday no internet connection, there is no response from the Jio fiber team, @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Wow this is now so fast got second call and all of sudden the resolution is to disconnect as @JioCare is not able to resolve, I have invested 3000 rs for wire and 2500 rs for installation if you revert back all my money including this month recharge money it will be so kind
