    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare currently I have shifted from India to Canada for study purpose. But unfortunately my some account linked with my Indian Jio number and it won’t be possible to access without OTP. So is there any possible way to access otp without network in Canada. Thanks

    @JioCare We I'm raising the issue network collapse all of a sudden in an posh suburb in Bengaluru since yesterday not asking for your network expansion plan for the new township. It is more than 24hrs now since your network outage happen, do your really care about customers.

    @JioCare don't ask me do DM. First solve this problem and then ask for feedback. ab to addat se hi gaye hai app ko reminder karne k apna 4g+ wala network hata rehete hamare area se. Par jio ko to customer to tang karne mein aacha lagta hai. Regards
