    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently i moved from Airtel to Jio and opted postpaid connection. Yesterday, i got my 1st bill with unwanted charges which was expected. I never used to send any local sms and you changed for international sms which was not sent by me. Please resolve it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?
