@Airtel_Presence can you please now refund my money as the technicians who visited my home yesterday told we cannot provide service at you location. If you don't have your availability at a particular location why do you charge. Be like @JioCare it only accepts when it's present.

Hey @reliancejio looks like your local equipment in my locality does not have power backup. When there is a power failure in our location ,modem can’t sync with your equipment for 30 mins as your own equipment needs to sync with main devices. Not recharging again crappy service.

Why upload speed is too low in @reliancejio ? It comes to be around 500kbps (or even lesser), which cause delay of 2-3sec to the other end while I'm presenting screen. @JioCare - Any support that I can get?
