    @reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

    @JioCares @reliancejio @JioCare your service getting worst! I'm using jio sim from 2020 but nowadays the network problem and internet speed is affected more. Whenever i complaint on call center they just note down the complaint but not proper resolution has been made.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

    @tea_shru I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    I have heard of wifi connections going down for a max of 2-3 hours, but what is this behaviour @JioFiberVoice @JioCare how can there is an outage for more than 14 hours now! How do we go about the day if our work relies on your wifi?!
