@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been almost 1 month after i have returned my jio fibre device but i have not received my refund till now. Everytime i call customer support they say wait for another 7 to 14 days. Disappointed from the service provided by jio.

Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Called jio fiber customer care and they came and told me to upgrade to new server which I did. They got me a new connection and shifted me to the postpaid plan and said that now you won't face any problem. But I am still facing the same problem. Cheated
