@reliancejio gave an ultimatum that the box and cables will be removed. The sales rep and his team keep promising things but never fulfill them. They promised set top box for TV but gave n number of excuses y they could not fulfill the promise. Very poor service by JIO.

@reliancejio very poor service. Today a sales team person came and changed the fitting resulting in our connection being disconnected and someone else’s was started. Have a complaint but the repair team and the Head here in NOIDA SECTOR 30 only reacted when ultimatum was given
