Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

Today again, the network went down at 8:00 AM along with the electricity, and the service was restored only at 11:50 PM, after almost the entire day without network connectivity. This is causing serious inconvenience to the entire area.
