    @Airtel_Presence @IanDoyleSport @reliancejio my area that is Naini, Prayagraj,(U.P)4G speed is very slow the speed of 4g is even less than 2g.All persons of my area are facing this problem now all are porting their Airtel, jio into Idea sim because of 2G speed better than your 4G

    @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service while WFH, but get very disappointed, I have 1 personal n 1 commercial connection but no use of them, intermittent internet disconnection issue sometimes kills me while on work,can I expect improvement in my area? Or should I switch?

    Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

    @JioCare @RahulBhasin17 I never port to Jio, because whose father dream was to talk free on all mobile networks jio charges for talking on other network. So shame on Jio. I have port my 4 no from Jio to Airtel. So thanks a lot

    Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI

    @CoongCockroach @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps
