I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

prasanth kallath (@PKallath91) reported@JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
