Joi is providing worst internet service in my area. In the beginning it was like no one can match the internet speed of jio but now I'm even not able to get full network inside my house. If I want to call then need to go out first.#Airtel #RelianceJio #vodafoneidea

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been almost 1 month after i have returned my jio fibre device but i have not received my refund till now. Everytime i call customer support they say wait for another 7 to 14 days. Disappointed from the service provided by jio.

@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio Set Top Box and Gateway Modem is a piece of junk...can't connect usb storage on Router and access the files on connected devices not even on set top box, even the DMS service is locked in router. Also can't use bluetooth, screen mirroring, usb gamepad on STB.

@JioCare Complaining since 2018 about network issue But there is no solution. Only reply we are getting due to number of high user, and our team is working. Jio is now setting 5G but still we getting call drop, not frequent calling.we have lots of problem of communicate.fwd to hig. auth.
