@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been almost 1 month after i have returned my jio fibre device but i have not received my refund till now. Everytime i call customer support they say wait for another 7 to 14 days. Disappointed from the service provided by jio.

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

Pin 110040 bakner village delhi. Internet service indoor is very bad. Jio SIM 4G internet running like 2G or less in night 9pm onwrd. No improvement only one answer there are many user at same time. It means that I have to shift other network ? @JioCare @reliancejio @Teamambani
