@JioCare @JioFiber Worst customer service. My internet suddenly slows down and slowly it stopped working. First I checked data but I have enough gb’s to use. Trying customer care no. for almost an hour bt no response. Live chat 😂 never ever got response.

@JioCare I have always maintained that your service is worst than SBI bank. either your jiofiber is down every 2 days or your customer service is always busy or they dont know what is happening. atleast SBI says come after lunch.
