    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio while enquiry for new jio fiber connection on 05/03/2020 & Continuiously follow up the same i not even get inform the availability of jio fiber at my work place. Really very disappointed😔 & very poor service by jio fiber @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yesterday I received a msg that Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 02-03-2021 : 10:45:00 for INSTALLATION and Just now I received other msg that Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 03-03-2021 : 12:00:00 Really pathetic

    I have no hesitation in saying this but am very sad that high speed data service was promised by you. The whole country believed in this fact of yours. But today it has come such a time that good service is not being done away from you even by solving problems. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Hey @JioCare, I have been using the jio airfiber for almost 2 months now, the first month was fine but now the speed has dropped significantly I have the 100mb/s plan with ample data left, 1. I tried contacting the local serviceman but he told to schedule a service first.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with @jio_fiber My service request SR00002MKL6C has received no proper response despite repeated follow-ups. This level of customer support is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll have no option but to discontinue the connection.

    Its been 6 days!! Have never seen such a pathetic, ridiculous, shameless approach towards customer service by any company! If you can’t serve at least don’t take money in advance. Customers will have Atleast have option to look for substitutes @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India
