@reliancejio @JioCare I have got a very bad experience using jiofi and with the staff who have been alloted to install the jiofi. I will never suggest anyone to use jio, the service is very bad. No one picks up the call.

Hi @JioCare , every morning Jiofiber ask for login ID while switch on the TV. And today evening, I tried to switch the channel from sports to news (Aaj Tak), again Jiofiber asked for login ID and OTP. WTH. 😡

@JioCare This answer is continuously I am hearing from 4th Aug...from which date shall I count 14 working days, when can I get my refund. This is never-ending wait process. Every time customer care is telling to wait 15 working days..so my question is when that 14 working days will end??
