Jio network is very slow d last 1month whenevr I complained abt d slow connectivity in JioCare always reply me in your area lots of users use d internet in d same tym so that’s it happened and we improve our service but they did not register any complaint😡😡😡😡 @reliancejio

@JioCare Jiogigafiber ID is 299539445913, and SR number is SR00000XRV5D. As per your support feedback, BSNL is good option if you unable to provide support...plz refund the amount and remove your broadband.

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.
