@JioCare not able to use jiocall from morning. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it. Still not working. I am using jio fiber and paying heavy amount per month. Let me know if this can be fixed or not otherwise refund the amount and I will switch to different network.

@JioCare As mentioned earlier I need resolution time currently I am receiving less than 1mbps speed only one device connected, rather than putting add on newspaper please invest those money to improve network. Worth less and hope less company. Unprofessionalism, fraud.

@JioCare Jio Fibre has the most horrible service I have ever come across. From the last month the customer service are only taking requests and there is no resolution yet. The engineers are only roaming in the area and refuse to come to check the Internet connection.
