    I am a JioFiber customer. Recently I came to know that Jio company is going to switch from JioCall to JioJoin app which my phone does not support. So I will stop Jio Fiber service for my home as I will never buy a new phone just for an app. @JioCare @reliancejio @timesofindia

    @JioCare I have recharged my jiofiber with Rs 999 plan to get the benefit of hotstar in my mobile phone but this plan  is not available to my basic setup box as per jio customer care representative. It was not mentioned anywhere in recharge terms and conditions.

    @JioCare ,I am a supporter if JIO. I have 2 jio Fibre connections. I want to keep 1 and discontinue the other. In confusion, I had given the wrong number connection to cancel. SR00001A4OF5. Now they are not resuming connection. Surprised with poor customer service. Need help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poorest service I have registered complaint (ID SR00001A6IHM) for my STB problem and they promised within 24 hours issue will resolved. But when I saw on app it say "Resolved" with our any one taking any action and visited to solve. Cheating is new norms
