@JioCare @reliancejio How can you not have options to let customers switch from Jio Fiber Postpaid to Prepaid? If someone opts for the Jio Fiber LDP, you guys force the customer to take Postpaid and later there is no such option to switch to Prepaid. Please care to reply.

@reliancejio I was a Jio Business customer from June 2021 to November 2021. But suddenly last month I was sent a bill of Rs. 11,000 and today I have been sent a bill of Rs. 13,000. Last month when I spoke to your rep they said it’s a mistake on Jio’s side then why a new bill?????
