@JioCare And your customer care agent threatened me that if device pick up is not completed by Aug 2nd then I won't get the full refund of the Rs. 1,500 I had paid for this new connection on 11 June'21. Please ensure that I get full refund. I should not get penalized for your negligence.

@reliancejio In my current location last 8-9 months internet speed is very very slow. Only one signal show then i complain several times to customer service and they said that several times i registered your complain and take 72 hours to resolved but didn't resolve my problem
