    @JioCare Hi JioCare, I wish to migrate my postpaid plan to prepaid plan, However, My unbilled amount is still pending despite complete payment. Jio Customer care says there is no unbilled amount in our account and Jio Center/Digital says the payment of unbilled amount is pending.

    @JioCare Again rang up to customer care support they said today 9-10 they'll visit, yet again no one turned up. Evening customer care executive said by 5-6or 7-8 someone will definitely visit. Yet till now no human being from jio service has visited.

    Till now airtel network speed data is better than jio because airtel will give good speed to any go, jio's condition is that 2G does not work from time or it talks about 5G, this network issue @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare she said complaint has been registered and by Monday evening or Tuesday morning it'll be repaired. As nothing was reflected in the app, called up again and then another executive informed that the complaint wasn't even registered.

    @JioCare Now they're saying that on 15th they can come. After facing all these harrassments I'm not a fool to continue with the service anymore. So kindly return my deposit money and take back your fiber. Oo meanwhile I've called up d area manager as well bt same here he too won't respond
