    @JioCare Hi Team, I cancelled my Jiofibre connection on 14 Jan 2022, however have not received my refund. Jio engenier collected devide on 20 Jan amd account details were provided by me on the same day. Have followed up with customer care as well, however no response yet

    @JioCare Just now updated MyJio App again. But the issue still remains. You haven't fixed it nor informed about it to your app developer team. I think you are not serious about it. Check DM.
