Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Their stupid policy is if you don’t get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.

Companies love talking about customer freedom until the customer exercises the freedom to leave. If signing up is easy, cancellation should be just as easy.
