    @JioCare Pawan there is no resolution till now and last time also DM was shared. But it seems like the company is no longer interested in resolving it. From april till date no resolution

    🚨 @airtelindia & @reliancejio please launch a truly affordable/low cost Voice + SMS only Monthly recharge plan with 0 internet data. Not every1 needs daily data. Many poor, low income, senior citizens and basic keypad phone users mainly need calling & SMS. Ex- Start With 100Rs

    @JioCare I demand immediate reopening of both SRs, proper technician visits, and a clear resolution. Silence or further closure without action will force me to escalate this further. Expect better. Fix this now
