The wireless connection is fine, but when i use lan to connect to my other tp link router, it says it is connected to internet but the speed is less than 1 mbps. My previous network was jio as well, I didn’t have any issues

Please stop giving me repeated time slots that are not honoured. I need this escalated to a senior service manager and a proper permanent resolution, not another rescheduled appointment.
