    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been an internet outage in my area for the last 9 hours now. Used @airtelindia services for as long as 15 years without any such outage. No response/update from any chat on app or whatsapp. Wow! I can only speak to robots if I have an issue

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    On 13/03/12 I have opted for your Jio Fiber Service which I cancelled on 12/04/2021. After that in fact of my many calls, the engineer from your side has come on 24th May 2021with Service ID 301050365529. Now I have only been refunded ₹500/-@JioCare please look into the matter.

    @JioCare I had filed a complaint,the company does not even think it is necessary to answer it,Jio just knows how to rob the customer,I have been a customer for the past many years,still it makes no difference but do not stick around not suggest anyone that he should live Use it.

    @JioCare Tried a lot to contact customer care for disconnection of our jio fibre connection as we are shifting our home but sorry to say didn't got any satisfactory response from ur end . Please advise whom to contact for raising the request for disconnecting
