    From some days initially it was working well,it seems like more people will engage with telecom but since last 4-5 days networks are not responding again felt very hopelessto see this condition.@JioCare #complaint

    @reliancejio Whats the update on my billing?? I am not going to pay any bills unless I get clarity on my bills so far. Thirdclass customer service needs a reminder here everyday to look into my case. Still frauds have not given an escalation ID to track.

    @JioCare No billing issue. I have paid last months bill, but dint receive internet connectivity, so I must get refund and also current month bill sud be waived.

    @reliancejio Whats your escalation and customercare team doing?? Sutta break 24/7? Why cant you give an escalation id to track? Thieves. Your app is stealing by manipulating the maths and making customer pay more.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted ???

    Customer care is practically non-existent and completely unresponsive. Made the mistake of paying in advance. This isn’t even the first time—2 previous service requests were left unattended. Absolutely unacceptable. @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    Hi @JioCare , @reliancejio, On 28 March 2026, I raised a request to relocate my connection. As a part of this relocation, the technician was supposed to visit my home on 1 April 2026, but did not. I kept calling the customer care and they kept rescheduling to no avail.
