    @reliancejio @JioCare cannot fix or replace one remote for STB since 6-7 days despite putting multiple complains. I wonder how such companies will render 5G services.

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare.. my Jio Fibre service is down since last 5 days, still no resolution. They are just closing the service requests without actually solving the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ,My decision to switch to Airtel was influenced by frustration with not receiving any resolution to Network issues reported MR000135lGNB, MR000135LIKB, MR00012Z8AYG. DM me when it is fixed i cannot wait another 5 years
