    @JioCare there is continues drop of jio network in my area on daily basis from last month.. No action or improvement of service even after continues follow up with customer care except false promises .If this continues most of the jio users in our arae will port to other network

    Jio has started its game of making data balance vanish. Even if used for 30 minutes, almost 800 MB gets used up. There is no provision to complain on JIO app. They don't offer any solution except to "recharge". Complained to TRAI but to no avail. @rsprasad @JioCare

    @JioCare Day 6 post raising complaint, no internet, struggling with office work for 2, school for 1 kid! Cust care keeps closing service requests-SR000015BCKO, SR000015BWW5, SR000015D02G evry 2 days without resolution & random reasons. How do we get to the end of this? Sigh! @reliancejio

    .@JioCare poor service. Issue is pending since September-2020. Since then every time service request is closed without resolution. Just bluffing..Have written many emails and plethora of complaints but, end result ZERO.@reliancejio
