@reliancejio Sir I'm from Barwar lakhimpur kheri U P . There is no network as soon as power cut of electricity supply. No one is paying attention towards us so many times we all complained but all is useless . So users have port tothere number in another network . help us.

It's been over a week since I filed a complaint regarding problem in my jiofiber connection. The engineer who visited said that it is the work of jio's operations department and they have passed the task to the respective team. Haven't heard back since then @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare jio net in my city when electric power cut them jio net stop working this problem more then 4 year I have complain more than thousand times in jio customer care same reply we are working on this issue. It's time to move on Airtel. Jio customer care services is very bad

@JioCare @reliancejio If you would had improved here, there was a chances of lot of business improvement too, like CUG Connections, LAN Connection etc, but your local authorities ask/force for CUG & LAN Connection before initiating network improvements this is how ur business strategies works???
