    @JioCare - I had an jio fiber issue (red light blinking ) so got one engineer to check and he asked me to pay 2500 for router and setup box for new (he told your router is old which is installed one year before ) & old money will be refunded

    @Bhupeshuae @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AHUL5 for your @JioCare connection having JioFixedVoice Number +913613597XXX, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 18-04-2022 : 13:00:00. It's 1:36 now, nobody contacted me Horrendous service

    around 2am also @reliancejio is in same WORST condition. will u also say that it's happening due to more no. of users! if nothing can be done from ur side just say us clearly, if u want then u can port to other network. why r u wasting our money @JioCare
