    @reliancejio I was trying to port from Airtel post family plan to Jio postpaid family plan,raised request multiple times, no one contacts we but the ticket is closed saying Customer not reachable or duplicate lead.I have visited a store and asked the executive if he can visit 1/2

    My home and assist me, shockingly he answered that he will come if I pay him more money, the store at Attapur is in very bad shape. Good that I am still with @airtelindia even though they are Charing, atleast they provide service. @reliancejio please improve your service quality
