@reliancejio The worst service at my place and every time reply is-there are many number of subscribers using the net hence speed is below 2 or 1 mbps. Complaining since Dec 16. Leaving on expiry of my current annual pack. Mob 7017175063.

@JioCare How many times a opportunity needs to be given? Is 6 months time irrelevant. Even this tweet was uploaded in 12 mins..customer care doesn't issue a compln number saying we can't issue citing company policy...only stereotype replies - there are many users in ur area
