@JioCare We are asking where ur #jiotrue5g service in mumbai suburban area. If in all places then why we can't receive signal or welcome offer in 5g handset. Ur policy is to give #jiotrue5g service recharge above 239 then why jio company is not giving this offer in one year recharge

@zsameer023 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue over the last one month. They resolve complaints within 48 hours without anyone addressing it. I get a feedback call and they open a new request ID which is again resolved after 48 hours without any solution. Their engineers are the worst of the lot.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI got Jiofiber connection on may 2022. And remote stopped working today suddenly. Such pathetic company policy they charged me 699 for remote that too within warranty period saying we don’t cover remote . Why do you even provide such bad quality remote?

@reliancejio I am using three Jio sims. 2 for mobile phones and 1 for JioFi. There is no internet for last 4 days. The customer care says that we can not commit when the issue will be resolved. They say your area has too many users.
