    @reliancejio Sir I'm from Barwar lakhimpur kheri U P . There is no network as soon as power cut of electricity supply. No one is paying attention towards us so many times we all complained but all is useless . So users have port tothere number in another network . help us.

    @JioCare I live in the same place. Hi There , JIO customer care called me and confirmed that Engineer will come Sunday at 11 A.M to pick up the device. However Noone came to pick up the device. Such unprofessional behaviours and failed commitments are not acceptable.

    THIS IS SERIOUS From last 3-4 days when I try to stream something on any platform using Jio mobile data network it doesn't work(same with most of internet surfing as well except insta and fb) while on my Airtel network all run smooth. @reliancejio @TRAI location:Barabanki, UP(E)

    @JioCare I was using free fiber trail of 30 days.. n due to some reason I uninstalled it within 8 days but initiated refund of 500 only..but i paid 1500.. why is this issue?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber is down since yesterday evening in Rose Icon Society Pimple Saudagar Area. Got couple of update over SMS that the services will be restored in sometime. However, the time keeps on getting extend. This is the worst service. #JioFiber
