    @reliancejio @JioMart I have requested to close my service on 10 Aug, 22 and multiple time called the care number to pickup the MODEM and release my payment. But all the time they are saying me that we will assign the Engineer in 48 hours. My request number is SR00001DTWRC & CO number is CO0000OH27BF.

    @reliancejio dear team last 24 hours no internet connectivity on my JIO number. Amazing thing is I have to recharge my another service provider for tweet to you for internet issue. Can you look into this

    @JioCare It's still the same. Please either get this fixed today or terminate the services with full refund. We got the connection with advance payment for 6 months but I am extremely unhappy with the service.

    @JioCare Local cable network provider provide better service than @JioCare they solve the problem on one phone within 10-15 mins Not expected this kind of worst service from jio

    @JioCare now called CC to check my issue, asked to schedule a callback to arrange from backhand so they said as we are working from home asked about reimbursement so they said no option as wfh, same repeated answer that Jio don't have any option for anything, pathetic service

    @airtelindia I don't understand what kind of rocket science is involved in generating receipt and giving it to customer. Sheer mental harassment in calling, informing and mailing you multiple times. Total failure of your system. I repent putting over from @JioCare @reliancejio

    @DoT_India Requesting the department to take some action and take a look into the consumer’s grievances. @JioCare @reliancejio are totally ignoring the customer complaints. Wrong information on the MyJio app should be rectified and the consumer’s funds should be protected.
