@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

@JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

Having the worst experience with @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I am using Jio fiber since 2 months I am not getting range more then 1.5eters in wifi. I don't think that this is the range of wifi. After I asked jio team to cancel my connection and they deducted 1000 from deposit
