  @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

  @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

  I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

  I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

  @JioCare my number+919915611415 is coming switched off, where as it is in my hand and switched on, despite the fact I got it recharged on 04-01-2023 @239 for 28 days. Please look into it and resolve the issue.

  @JioCare using jioFibre with 999 plan and getting 2mbps speed since last 3 days.even replacing the router didnt resolve it&now ccare shared that it is an area specific issue but ur custCare didnt share,by when it will be fixed. Plz fix it by tomorrow else I wont use it anymore.
