    @DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Team, I'm leaving in "Durgawadi", Taligoan, Panaji in my area very bad network I'm not getting proper Internet 4G speed and now IPL match is started so I'm not watching live match there very fluctuating in network so can you please check solved issue

    @arabicaah @JioCare I don't understand why @Jiocare has been the absolute worst in the past few weeks? Has this been their plan all along to reel us in with amazing speeds and plan and then to crash in our faces when we really invested?

    @JioCare @DoT_India @rameshuprvunl @reliancejio @JioCare is hopless network. Please port for your betterment. we at Goa also are really tired of telling and requesting jio about the problems. The action is taken by only calling from jio care. No physical action.

    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    @JioCare recently switch to Jio . But facing same issue , no network , no internet . Even I can't make a call from my room . I live in Merces village near to Panaji ,Goa . Feeling cheated .

    @reliancejio I had made a complaint regarding internet issue SR No. SR000034AVX3. The engineer was expected between 10-11 am, but hasn't arrived yet. The appointment was rescheduled without informing me. Is this kind of service u are giving. It has already happened before.WORST SERVICE.

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, I have a jioairfiber connection. I am facing an issue which came into suddenly. My wifi is not showing 2.4 Ghz band, due to this all my smart devices got useless. On customer care support they told me that now software is updated and can't show 2.4 Ghz.

    @JioCare Cancellation can done and refund can be initiated.. but no you ppl want to run around bush saying - we will sort/ we will look into blah blah. Stop this nonsence and refund my amount.. Since Tuesday am hearing these never-ending stories. Just CANCEL and REFUND NOW. SICK OF JIO!!

    @JioCare I am tired of getting the same automated excuses for the past 1 month. Despite the assurance on WhatsApp, the network in Kantaliya (Pali) is still pathetic. I am unable to use the internet for which I have paid. Fix this immediately or I will have to Port my number @TRAI
