    @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

    @reliancejio ported to jii thinking the network will be god , Internet speed will be great and so took the package for a whole year - now I’m sad to say that I’m trapped .

    @JioCare It is not only my mobile that has problem. It's the same with friend's mobile and even the Jio wireless router.

    @reliancejio Now fairly clear that now that you have netted millions of subscribers into using Jiofi now you'll provide them zero network. Yes, zero. The biggest scam in Indian telecom history.

    @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been trying to return my old Jio Fiber device for over three months now, as I have taken up a fresh Jio connection in a new address. No one ever comes to pick the device after repeated emails. What sort of post-installation service is this?

    Can I get an update please? Office work has been stalled due to incorrect disconnection by @reliancejio and apparently @JioCare should be renamed #JioDoesNotCare Which large company cannot find their own invoicing history? And should the customer suffer because of it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I purchased a 24 month gold plan in the fourth week of Dec. 2019. My plan should have been active till Dec. 2021. I am being told I have no plan and Jio has misplaced my invoice history and recharge history. I have the transaction history. Can you help?
