All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

Every week and asking if the connection was terminated and router was picked, but no one comes to pickup even after asking them repeatedly. Worst service by @reliancejio and @JioCare doesn't really care about customers! Firstly @reliancejio took 3 months for fiber connection....

@Nileshjoshi95 @JioCare Vodafone??? Actually, there is high load on JIO network. JIO has only 4G network that's why there is no alternative for them. And Jio is newest company who spreding it's network rapidly, Jio has the old network of Reliance communications. Keep supporting JIO.
