    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare sorry to say it, but the network here is very much poor.. No connectivity as well as call drops too.. Do please look forward to it...

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare, Instead of answering my complaint, I keep receiving automated emails asking me to "Run Diagnostics." My JioFiber (0522-3552593) was already down for 5 days, and your technical team had confirmed it was a network issue.

    Looks ..people don't know backend policy ..if they get any offer in app & can call customer care for verification.. If customer care is telling you are eligible & can make 707 rs payment & use 2 months internet Let me know who's fault is it User or company ? Ans plz @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI Extremely poor Jio mobile network @ O2 Valley, Centurion Park, Techzone-IV, Noida. After relocating from Bpl, Jio denied shifting my JioFiber as service isn't available here. Now even Jio mobile barely works. Left with no Jio service despite being a loyal customer

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 16 days since I placed my order, and the installation is still pending. How long should a customer wait? Please investigate the delay, explain the reason, and share a confirmed installation date. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @JioCare What about the wifi not working since last 13 days, I've paid the money for the that, you guys are telling me no refund will be provided even after when the mistake is clearly yours, be public with because in dm you guys are telling straight no for the rebate of 13 days
