@JioCare my plan was 6 months Rs.399 (I had made advanced payment so it by default meant prepaid plan) Why is it showing mine is a postpaid plan? Why have I got a bill of Rs.549 with my approval of any plan? I cannot find anyone to talk to at your customer jio care?

@reliancejio @JioCare I was served with wrong bill for my postpaid connection this month. I never upgraded my netflix intentionally.....I got upgraded by itself without even a single notification to me....and I was charged heavily for this. A/C number: 410409425813
