@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare ver poor service for repair..... No solution from customer care and engineer.... Yesterday I made complaintand got confirmation msg of schedule but no engineer visit yesterday & today also by the time engineer went his house and said to reslove tomorrow. Pathetic service

@JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber This is pure harrasment...I had registered for #JioFiber installation in my flat in Vishal Nagar, Pune on 3rdOct and had paid 3months advance amount and yet to get the installation done. The service provider is not reachable, not picking up calls.
