@BesraRitik I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@TRAI sorry to inform you that I am facing weak network issue on @reliancejio network since last 2 months. I lodged a complaint with @JioCare on 20 Jul but they closed that on same day with promise that it will be optimised with in 30 days, but nothing happen till date.

@JioCare Hey Palak. Thanks for your reply. But please note that similar assurance has been provided to me 5 times previously by Jio Fiber customer care. It's impossible to believe what you say, not that I have an alternate option.
