    Hey @reliancejio What's happening here in UP west, since yesterday morning the network's are not working properly Calls are not connecting and the internet is also very poor Help it out immediately

    @JioCare @JioCare - as per the sms received engineer was supposed to visit at 13hrs , but no one has come yet, still waiting. No communication as well. This is really disgusting. If this is the situation I would have to cancel and try other provider who provides better service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic and rude behaviour by jio store (My Jio Store Shop 2&3 Village Paharpura Anishabad, Police Colony, Patna, Bihar 800002) when I asked for ownership transfer. Please let me know which jio store I can go and get transfer done.

    @JioCare It's been 20 days The guy contacted me from Jio saying that free 30 day voucher will be credited within 4 days See the audacity still lying and no resolution Pathetic Jio Appellate authority of Jio is crap and Jio doesn't care for customer

    We are fed up with jio tower at wakura pin code 191131 near sadaat valley education institutie since last 16 days even jio employee visit 2 times but problem still there and phone dissconnect with single bell. @JioCare @reliancejio no one is listening from jio company

    @JioCare @reliancejio your services sucks and so is your customer care. I tell them that that i m unable to receive calls and consistently getting miss call alerts they say as per my account i should be able to and they cant do anything. Seriously i will move on from jio network.

    @JioCare Hi Karuna, I am hearing the same message what you replied to this from the jiofibercare. If I get new connection immediately, then why can't you resolve the issue which is already installed. Compare to new installation my issue resolution will very less time.
