@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare The problem is your router it doesn’t have 2.5Ghz band range . One needs to sit beside it to connect to that band . CS reply@is to buy extender . Will try that and if it doesn’t work moving to act fiber

I have never seen a pathetic service like this #RelianceJio. I have been trying to relocate my #RelianceJio #RelianceJio jiofiber connection to my new home and no one is calling me to take an incentive and to resolve the issue. It’s been three days and I have called 4 times.
