Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

Supriyo Nandi (@sprnandi) reported@JioCare If I had knew that I would be denied Technician visit for your router issue or connection issue then I wouldn't have gone with Jio fibre. I would have gone with Airtel Fibre. Atleast they provide Technician visit to check the issue
