@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare Its been 2 months since I got my jio fiber disconnected, but so far I haven't received my security amount. Even the device is not picked up yet even after multiple calls to the local Jio executive. Could you please help.
