    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    @JioCare 5th outage in 45 days .. connection is highly un reliable,with work from home and cctv connection I am seriously thinking of changing to a better service provider

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio
