    @JioCare I paid 498/- for 4G and what I get..'10KBPS' 🙄 Please improve your service otherwise I will have to see other companies.

    @JioCare Worst experience at jio store. All the staff was busy in selling smart phones of various companies like oppo, samsung, iphone, redmi etc instead of entertaining Jio customer. Rude behaviour as we customer owe them something. Not expected from JIO. Will port.

    @JioCare is it possible to switch to jio for my existing no? There's no signal no matter where I go and I'm also not getting any msgs & not able to send any. It's like my no is blocked even though I'm recharging every month

    @JioCare JioFiber, my internet is not working since June 01, 2021. Yesterday Engineer Bajrang Jangir came and threatened me. I hv already paid money till July 31. Please refund my remaining money atleast. I dont need internet and threaten from Jio. SR0000156VY7, SR0000152Q80.

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation You guys have the worst customer service. Have been calling your customer care and they have put me on hold for last 30 minutes. I am still on hold don't know how long they take to check a complaint status. Work on your customer service.
