    @JioCare I paid 498/- for 4G and what I get..'10KBPS' 🙄 Please improve your service otherwise I will have to see other companies.

    @JioCare there is no more entertainment from your side the network is too bad you cant even post things at this time .jio is providing very low quality of internet nowadays . I am thinking about switching to airtel soon. Very much disappointed by jio team.

    @ViCustomerCare VI bastards are asking for alternate number to every customer in almost every response to customer's tweet. Why? Because they know the pathetic condition of VI network. Same goes for @JioCare @Airtel_Presence . Great money making business model of each operator.

    @JioCare so supposedly, jio does not even verify email ids being linked to their numbers. Have received a number of emails linking my id to a number not even owned by me. No response from the team, even after messaging them. Absolutely horrible.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare & @reliancejio . Few days back i did Port my prepaid number from Vodafone into jio. But still receiving promotion calls & message from Vodafone.Currently i used jio network so how can I receiving message & calls from Vodafone? Take necessary action

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI for the past several days, the Internet connectivity, network strength of Jio has been worst in my area where it used to be great. I spoke to locals & they opine the same. Pin 700102. If the issue doesn't get sorted, we'll port out, I'll port out.

    @reliancejio Dear sir, Your internet speed in metro city i.e in Noida sector 49 is very very slow from last 5 month. I contacted to CC so many times to write complaint against slow speed but not listed I request you before go to advance jio fiber first maintain at least 100- 200 kbps speed.

    @JioCare 1000 has instalation charge 500 deposit which will be refunded as you want that is clear total amount of 1500 But the service provider engineer asked me to pay extra cost of wire which will around 400 rupees,!

    @DoT_India @TRAI It is very difficult to register a complaint with @JioCare They don't take complaint and gave us stupid excuses. I have no internet connection and their stupid CC executive sent me a link and asking me to open the YTB link and do the troubleshoot
