Hey @reliancejio What's happening here in UP west, since yesterday morning the network's are not working properly Calls are not connecting and the internet is also very poor Help it out immediately

@jiocare what kind of service are you providing. My internet went out at yesterday 12 noon. It's now 32 hrs since the outage. Engineer has been assigned for 9th may. do u really expect me to wait 5 days for one engineer visit ? How r v to carry out work without net ? Please DM.

@reliancejio @JioCare jio customer care is a waste of time . they scheduled a technician visit today on or before 5 PM but no one turn up and when i called them again they are clueless and did not provide any solution.

@JioCare Very poor internet and customer service for resolution of speed issues. My plan is 300 Mbps 9n fiber and I am getting 100 Mbps. Customer care is not all listening and arguing the speed is good.
