Hey @reliancejio What's happening here in UP west, since yesterday morning the network's are not working properly Calls are not connecting and the internet is also very poor Help it out immediately

@JioCare @reliancejio the remote for the STB suddenly stopped working and I raised a complaint. The guy who called me back says I should pay for the remote. This is fault with the device. Why should I have to pay for it when there has been no physical damage.

Dear @JioCare, - On one side of the tower, I get around 15 Mbps. - But on the exact opposite side, I get 500 kbps. Unfortunately, I live on this side of the tower. - What should I do now? what's the solution?

I did the mistake of trusting @reliancejio ...... Paid for the plan which had Discovery+ included.... Now I am told by @JioCare that it is not included but content is available on JioTV+ Even that is not and the only resolution I get is YOUR FEEDBACK IS TAKEN 😡
