    Very unsatisfactory service by JIO Fiber at Shivaji Park Mr. Ravi Gupta and Mr. chetan never attend the call. I’m facing such a bad service from both of them. They commit some things and then don’t deliver as promised. Kindly give me the update. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Another day has passed and no update on installation. This experience is frustrating and not at all appreciated. All I am getting is consolation messages. My plan is getting wasted because of the delay. Poor customer service.
