    @JioCare I paid 498/- for 4G and what I get..'10KBPS' 🙄 Please improve your service otherwise I will have to see other companies.

    Hey @reliancejio What's happening here in UP west, since yesterday morning the network's are not working properly Calls are not connecting and the internet is also very poor Help it out immediately

    @JioCare Still installation charges not refunded back to me. This really very disappointing that service provider like jiofiber is cheating the customer. They are claiming that security deposit of Rs.1500 will refunded back immediately without asking any question.

    @reliancejio worst customer service experienced our internet is not working from last 1 month no 1 is bothered to rectify even after loggin in multiple complaints. App support is not available any time. Customer care is too hard to get hold onto. Kindly have my entire money

    @JioCare What the scam, what is use of such a plan? Where is affordable internet data? 1Rs=1gb? How trai is controlling this company or they are now doing monopoly with customer. Such a scam. Internet speed is too low, pack prices are high. @TRAI @EduMinOfIndia

    @JioCare @reliancejio seriously man!! I have complained many times. Too slow internet. It was fine a week ago & throughout the year. Is it because I am using roll over data?? Really poor service. Can't watch anything online. Will need to port I think.
