@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare That’s the issue your technicians do visit and says that there is power issue and it will be sorted by other team and on the next day some new guys appears and says the same thing but no resolution, today it’s 5th day without internet, totally unacceptable
