@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days since my problem has not been resolved. No engineer has visited or contacted me till now. Will I get my recharge extended by 6 days after it's finished since all these day I didn't use the fiber. Or do I have to switch to some other ISP?
