@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@reliancejio in my area, network speed is so slow that, i am not able to chat with customer care in my jio app. I discussed with many people in my area they all are saying same thing. Out of 2 gb we are unable to use 500mb also. Watching 240p video in youtube is a kind of dream.

@JioCare wants to shift my prepaid jio fiber within Dwarka. Customer care says due to some technical reasons can not take the shifting request. Land line number 091-1179686688. In casenot able to shift kindly disconnect it and refund my security.. Regards-Satish Chand.

Finally said, have to wait another 39 days for my issue to resolve. First said withing 48 hours but nothing happened and no 39 Days
