    @reliancejio I call customer care many times in last 6 months and they always say your slow internet speed issue resolve in next few days It's happened when many users used internet at same time Then tell me every users pay you for use internet service...

    @JioCare This is with regard to my JioFiber connection, number +91-1203180924. 1. I am unable to connect to the 5G network. I tried changing the id and password but didn’t work. Tried connecting different devices too. 2. Apps like Zomato and Swiggy do not work on the 4G network

    @JioCare Last complaint of jiofiber connectivity was not resolved and the manager who called was not at all bothered to resolve my problem of connectivity, but was adament, he was for sure not concerned and ticket was closed. As if he is a Govt employee.
