    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    Dear @sandip04, I have been raising a simple concern for my refund against Jio Fiber from last one month but haven't received any resolution or Support from @JioCare.The representatives handling the mail account of Jio Care are so lethargic and inefficient. Request your support.

    @girishpal50 @reliancejio @JioCare Coz they know if your phone is rooted so they cannot gather data and telemetry of your phone and permission issue on rooted phone that why they don't allow aap to run on rooted phone
