I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Engineer is not answering calls, and customer care has no way to reach an actual person. Very disappointing service. @JioCare
