  @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

  @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

  I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

  @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

  Dear Jio Customer Care Team, I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a very serious incident involving extreme negligence and unprofessional behavior by the staff at your Punjagutta branch. I visited the Punjagutta Jio office to get a replacement for my existing Jio SIM card. However, the store manager, Mr. Kishore, demanded extra money to issue the new SIM. When I pointed out that a SIM replacement is either free or costs a maximum of ₹50, he rudely brushed me off and told me to come back tomorrow. When I asked why it couldn't be issued immediately, he claimed my SIM number was not visible in the system—without even checking. He then insisted that I either complete a ₹350 recharge on the spot or pay him extra money under the table. When I confronted him about this improper behavior, he arrogantly replied, "Go to Mumbai and complain to Ambani if you want." It was only after I took a strong stand and firmly questioned his conduct that he finally processed and issued my SIM card. Why is Jio showing such gross neglect toward its customers? I request you to take strict disciplinary action against the staff involved for their unacceptable attitude. Please investigate how many other customers are being forced to pay extra money for SIM replacements at this branch. I strongly urge you to review the CCTV footage of the store to verify this incident and take necessary action. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioDigitalIndia
