    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Team, I'm leaving in "Durgawadi", Taligoan, Panaji in my area very bad network I'm not getting proper Internet 4G speed and now IPL match is started so I'm not watching live match there very fluctuating in network so can you please check solved issue

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

    @niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

    @reliancejio But the support is not good …. It takes so much of time for them to fix the issue. I have 5 such cases of recent interactions which was really very very bad

    @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

    Dear @JioCare, @DoT_India, It has been 11 days since Jio network services stopped working in Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal. Despite multiple complaints and repeated follow-ups, there is still no resolution, no official communication, and no estimated restoration timeline.

    I was literally crying😢,I contacted JioCustomer care, twitter&wrote email to appellate desk and even visited service centre&tried to call @JioCare She advised me disconnect the service i will get call in 2 days for reason&then restore it. At the end customer suffer (2)

    @reliancejio my home jio fiber internet connection has been lost from past 34 hrs. I have raised the issue in my jio app , but the appointment is getting rescheduled everytime. Please resolve the internet connection issue as soon as possible.

    NO0001EX6E4K is pending installation from 6 days , no call from 3 days at least to check availability, installation guys are not professional, they never come during the scheduled hours, if you are not interested in having a new customer, pls refund my money @JioCare
