I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

He marked the unresolved issue as “resolved,” while our paid internet service has now been disrupted for four days. His dismissive response was: “He’ll see when he can do it.” This conduct is unacceptable. Please restore the service by tomorrow and investigate the matter urgently. Otherwise, I will escalate it to the Consumer Grievance Cell. I can share his contact details via DM.
