@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

There is some serious issues with #jio in Pune. I live in Aundh area and I've never experienced such poor network of jio anywhere in India apart from Pune. I hope @reliancegroup @reliancejio will sort this issue.

@reliancejio Jio has made it a routine they just want customers money. I am going to change both my phone and fiber service. Last month they were down with technical issues for 3 days and they don't compensate while we delay for payment 1 hour services are discontinued. Worst customer service
