I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?
