I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

@JioCare For your easy identification I have mentioned the Locality PIN number - 759001. Don't try to personalize the matter. It was a locality failure. Rather providing cause and resolution you are making an excuse writing. Be specific to service part. JIO is degrading it's service.FY

I haven't received any response from the company yet. They say it's under eligibility check and when I question them about it, they say we don't know what it is. 🤷
