    @JioCare We have already recharge for 365 days so that we cannot move any other network but internet speed is below 20 KB

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my aera jio tower distance is 200meter but NET & calling quality is very bad maney time compalend resisted but result is zero ।

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Utter disappointment.I was given a flexi ott subscription on the recharge where I had options like Sony Liv, Zee5 &Jiohotstar but Jiohotstar was selected by default &now there is no option to activate Sony Liv. What kind of pathetic service is this?#worst

    @JioCare What exactly are customers paying for? Unite8 Sports doesn't work on JioTV+, OTPs never arrive, and every attempt to verify the account ends with a "Record Not Found" error. If JioTV+ can't stream a channel, send an OTP, or find an account, what exactly is working?

    @JioCare I have been struggling to get an engineer assigned for an issue which has been raised 2 days back. Every customer care person i spoke gave explanation-it will be resolved today but issue hasn’t been resolved for last 2-3 days. Request Id-SR00003833OR. Need your help!

    @JioCare Stop sending generic, scripted replies. I am not interested in your 'service requests' or further delays. My request is simple: Cancel the Jio AirFiber connection immediately and process my full refund. Do not try to fix this or offer me more time; I am done. Refund my money now.

    @JioCare Before the resolution time was 3.09 Am which was later extend till 11.09 Am So it should be eligible for 2 days extension in my existing plan
