Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
