    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @JioCare I paid 498/- for 4G and what I get..'10KBPS' 🙄 Please improve your service otherwise I will have to see other companies.

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my aera jio tower distance is 200meter but NET & calling quality is very bad maney time compalend resisted but result is zero ।

    @JioCare We have already recharge for 365 days so that we cannot move any other network but internet speed is below 20 KB

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio is not filing GSTN taxes for mobile bill payment invoices due for Apr May 2020. No-one even reply on mail or customer care for several times contacted. Last year filing for GSTN taxes for our mobile a/c with #jio was late filed in Aug 2020

    Order : NO0000FUZSJZ Finally cancelled the order. Such pathetic service. Even after more than a week, the services weren't activated. No one even bothered calling to update the status. Are these your business standards? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare In my area Internet is very slow,But during call We can use high-speed internet,It's a big issue I complained many times but jio can't hear my issue,My last complaint SR000012ZT41,Jio give me 15days my complaint is closed but issue can't b resolved.
