    Hey @reliancejio What's happening here in UP west, since yesterday morning the network's are not working properly Calls are not connecting and the internet is also very poor Help it out immediately

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @JioCare I paid 498/- for 4G and what I get..'10KBPS' 🙄 Please improve your service otherwise I will have to see other companies.

    @JioCare I asked to terminate the services for child plan number , it's still active even after 7 days . One my main number there is incorrect billing done which is not yet corrected and ticked closed without solution .

    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber recharge not yet processed for almost 2 hrs now, despite money getting debited from my bank a/c, credited to mobikwik wallet. customer call folks told me "it'd happen 100% by 915 pm tonight". Fake commitment given by u over multiple calls made by me
