    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my aera jio tower distance is 200meter but NET & calling quality is very bad maney time compalend resisted but result is zero ।

    @JioCare I have a active jio fiber plan of 6 months and jio box also. But still I am not able to use jio sawan in offline mode from my registered mobile number instead I have a subscription of it in my 6 month plan. Pls help me to activate it without any cost.
