    @JioCare actually nowadays I am facing more issue with jio sim. Every time voice break , and not using data properly. Kindly resolve my issue. Mobile number-8534937969

    @JioCare Hi, This issue wasn't related to my handset. It was from Jio side and many users were impacted. Anyway, it's already resolved couple of hours ago.

    @JioCare raised complaint SR000018P192. Engineer demands 600₹ for installation of new fiber and refuses to work. Also updates the ticket incorrectly saying no access to premises. @reliancejio

    It's a shame that biggest city of the country is facing network crisis thanks to this deplorable network @JioCare .if things don't resolve by tomorrow morning I will switch to @airtelindia .
