    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    Shameless @JioCare and no professionalism to resolve the customer issues. Just doing transferring the calls and then divert useless without any valid information. Issue: bill has been already paid 5 hrs ago but still service suspended without any genuine reasons.

    @reliancejio I get installed jiofibernet today on 8074895263.. Your Booking executive veera 6304096068 is so bad 👎. in 4280 package, he said all the ott apps are free but didn't explained about amazon and netflix exclusion.when asked, he was faulting me for not asking.pathetic

    @JioCare Jio fiber number 9874611559 frequently down and no internet. Very pathetic jio fiber connection and no service support. Request team to check and resolve on urgent basis else we will switch to other service provider.

    @JioCare Thanks muskan for your revert, finally today guy came and nothing get fixed now they said the one who has fixed connection can only fix it now ,useless excuse they are giving me ( Heera meena :-+919079861604). kindly help me to resolve i am getting problem with workalso .

    @JioCare Hi Nausheen, @JIocare Thanks for your response. it is not the problem with handset m42 5g as another jio sim which is having 5g enabled is working fine. 5G is not working only for my number, which i belongs to Bengaluru and all my neabours are getting 5g connectivity.
