    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare Airtel is much better than jio they are developing day-by-day but you can't even fix the network issues accross the country shame to say that jio belongs to. Ambani

    @JioCare Your self care user interface and support systems are the most unfriendly ones. Please enable the systems to help in troubleshooting so that we don't have to contact you. Getting to contact you is also made impossible through your well designed IVR system. PLEASE WAKE UP

    @reliancejio I am facing network issue for past one week. The signal strength is very low and not able to use any data . When I try to contact customer care , there is no response . Is this is the service are you gonna provide to users ? Very worst service
