@reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

@LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

@JioCare First if customer asks give exact reply.they simply telling here will not come connection anymore. like that they can speak.we are asking connection only for using. First of all make the ports available and do the needful..we are totally struggling for internet connection.

@JioCare Booked a Jio Fiber connection on Friday, 18th June and still did not get installation done at my home. Your people came so quick to take the booking amount, I thought @reliancejio is super fast in service. But their behaviour changed my mind. @JioCare Please resolve it or refund.

@JioCare hi there! Struggling to get another SIM for an already Jio customer. It’s like you make it really hard to spend money with you. I’ve requested an additional sim for my mom thrice so far. Twice your agents have called and promised delivering a sim in jammu. All fail

@JioCare using jio Fibre in mumbai. After I download two videos the speed drops. Can you send your technical person. I have tried everything and this problem persists. Even when we watch movies on Amazon prime the video quality drops.
