    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, Outage in Surat! SMC/DGVCL cut the main fiber cable during work, and our whole society is without internet since yesterday afternoon. Local engineers are saying it will take 2 more days to fix. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare No, after I got go help, I uninstalled and installed the whole set up to make it work. It was a lot of effort but lesser than what it was with you guys. Thanks, anyway.

    @JioCare This issue has already been reported multiple times. The location is Raghupathipeta Jio Tower. Please raise a maintenance/safety ticket and share the complaint or reference number. The site poses a fire and electrocution hazard due to vegetation around electrical equipment.
