    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare I think my worst decision was to take Jio Connection. From April every month or twice in a month I need to raise my issue. This is your service. No engineer visited still not appointed.

    Also, for context - I’ve been a Jio customer for the past 3 years. Never expected this kind of experience. When a company takes payment, picks up the device, and then goes completely silent- it’s not just delay, it’s poor accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TRAI @MoitOfficial still no delivery of my Jio SIM. Your delivery agent calls and talks to me in a recorded voice. Keeps saying the same thing like he memorized it. Insists that address is not clear and he doesn’t know where to come to. What’s the problem with delivering without troubling the customer? Yesterday he gave me a list of multiple OTPs that I need to send. Why? Why is he involved in the activation process? What sinister game have the reliance mercenaries cooked up this time?

    Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.
