  @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

  @JioCare I’ve already ported to Vi and getting better service as you can see in the screenshot. I had enough of questions and answers with your team. 4 years a very long time to fix network coverage issue that too in a tier 1 city. I would encourage my friends and family to do the same.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, The moment I exposed this issue on X ( few minutes ago ), I immediately received an SMS ( 12.44 ) claiming that my service request was put on hold because the engineer “did not get access to the premises.” This is a false and convenient excuse. Giving landmark ( Above Health Juice Centre ) No engineer visited my premises, and no one contacted me before updating such a misleading status. I have already paid the advance amount, including the payment to the third-party UPI ID shared by your own executive. Despite receiving the payment, your team keeps creating new stories instead of completing a simple installation. For the last five years, two Jio set-top boxes have been working on this very connection. Now, suddenly, your records show only one and this is being used as another excuse to delay the installation. If there has been any error in your records, it is your responsibility to rectify it—not the customer’s burden. The payment has been made. There is nothing pending from my side. Stop giving false status updates, stop inventing new reasons, and install the set-top box immediately.

  Being a Jio Postpaid user, this is the kind of customer service we get? Waited for over 25 minutes on a call with Jio Care, and no one even bothered to pick up! Had to disconnect out of sheer frustration. Poor support experience! @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Unused validity? More than 20 days of total service disruption in the past 30 days And you're having this audacity of telling me that you won't return my money because i didn't use as per my wish.? If the service was disrupted, how am I supposed to use your "valid" data?
