@airtelindia Internet down. Number of msgs sent to @Airtel_Presence but no acknowledgment, no response. Am waiting to @reliancejio to setup fiber in my area and the very next day, I will disconnect my Airtel broadband and DTH connection. Such lathargic customer service.

@JioCare Very disappointed with the unprofessional service provided for Jio fiber installation. Booked on 10th Jan was given time max 48 hrs for installation but yet no one responded for it. Why do you people do so much advertising when your backend team is so inefficient 😡😡

@JioCare your network is giving me innumerable problems. Suddenly outgoing calls stop and I have to restart phone every time. Since today morning even that is not working. Btwz I have 2 different nos on 2 different phones. Same issue in both.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioCare chat is the worst experience. How can you expect a robot to solve a problem when they are not designed to do more than what they’ve been programmed to do? For some reason they wanted me to download JioChat to have a live chat with an agent.
