    @JioCare my jio fiber no 7313569673 is not working since last 2 days, off and on but now it completely stopped working. Please let me know is there any system by which you can detect not working fiber connection

    @JioCare Been 2 days wifi is not working. raised a service request yesterday and technician fixed it. But facing the same issue today and no technician is available before monday.

    @reliancejio Its been almost a month we deactivated our Jio broadband connection 300366632107 and waiting for collection of device and refund. Raised service request many times but no engineer assigned/ visited for device collection yet
