    The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

    @JioCare I m using jio fiber and have subscribed for plan with sonyliv prime etc etc. But can't see anything & how to activate it.. it's pathetic that you find it hard to activate. Person whom I contacted from customer care put my call down that's most pathetic service

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber internet service is not working for last more than 32 hours now. Complaint no. SR000016HIQK. Visits made by engineers but unable identify issue but keep giving commitment to fix issue within 1 hour. Poor service in Navi Mumbai. Poor response form local team
