Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.

Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.
