@reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

@JioCare so huge investment but sorry to say people down the service isn't upto mark. I have lost faith in service ...there is no look back when the internet is down...so pathetic to connect with customer care and no one turns back before 24 hrs.

@JioCare I just have been getting same response since 26/06 but from different customer care executive. Be it over call/chat/whatsapp. @reliancejio does your @JioCare really cares? 4days and no resolution. Just exhausting my validity over inefficient service provided by you.

@Its_Me_Akku_ @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio fiber scene last 3 years no problem found .Last month Applied for my in-laws and next day installation and start functioning within half an hour. Very unfortunate that you are facing problem with them.

@JioCare The network connectivity in my area is very poor. Data Speed is as low as 2 kbps. Call drop is frequent. Voiceis brekaing. Kindly do something to improve the situation.
