    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

    @JioCare I switched to esim but still not able to call or anything. 12 hrs happen , signal is showing and the device is not registered Not receive any call from ur side to activate the esim Quickly resolve the issue .

    Hey @JioCare, paid for a 100 Mbps upgrade on May 6th but still stuck at 30 Mbps. Raised complaints, promised technician visits, but no one showed up. Now told my 1-month recharge expires early on May 31st and refused a refund. Terrible service! give my money back."
