    @reliancejio my connection no is 8839538385. I had requested for connection relocation on 29 June 2026. But my connection has not relocated yet. Your service team didn't visit my location and have not contacted me yet but they reported that my address is not proper. Shame on you

    @consumercourtin @JioCare your executive prachi shirodkar from ratnagiri region has no sense of talking You have not recharged your mobile from last 90 days I'm deactivating your sim permanently. jio has no network in kokan area ,why should I have to recharge without any reason.

    @JioCare In a new subscription - internet is down for 3rd time @reliancejio downtime is more than 7 days in a month .. I need full refund of my order - nothing more nothing less .. Jio fibre is useless..

    Now @JioCare doesn't care about the customers. Their engineers are sleeping on the office desk. Last 3 days raising same complaint but no one coming to visit. Toll free no. And chats support are only design to register service request not to connect with support. @TRAI .
