    @reliancejio Our part ..that is recharge of 239 done as per your company gimmick...using 5g device as per samsung gimmick (required update to enable) now comes the network part in my area that's again after 3months of launch no service...is it my fault? Stop fooling us

    @JioCare u guys can atleast not sell dreams in the name of IN FLIGHT INTERNET services coz it doesn't work absolutely!! Simply not a single byte of data could be accessed!! Absolute waste of money!!

    @JioCare My jio service request is open from 15 Dec 2022 and till now it's not resolved. Technician visits my place and but he can't able to resolve my request and said to me that you have to relocate your jio fiber, but I can't able to relocate because jio service us open.

    Absolute shameless and pathetic customer care @AJIOLife @reliancejio the fault is yours.. u guys sent the wrong one..now its your responsibility to rectify the mistake..don’t tell that it cannot be exchanged.I’m not in the favour of returning it as i got it at a special price😡😡
