    @reliancejio They come in defence when attacked from outside the national border but local consumer who genuinely suffer service issues are ignored and tickets gets closed without genuine resolution.

    @rutu609 @JioCare A good decision. Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio registered mobile number is 8217533076. I submitted my request for a JioFiber connection more than two weeks ago and was subsequently provided the contact details of your representative, Mr. Siddesha D K (9686575600), for further assistance. However, despite multiple calls and messages, I have received no response from the representative. I have also sent an email to customer support highlighting the issue, but I have not received any assistance or update regarding my connection request. I remain interested in availing JioHome services and am unable to understand the continued delay and lack of communication. I request your intervention to review my case and ensure that the necessary action is taken at the earliest.

    Day 11 and still no resolution. Don’t you have the guts to give customers an actual resolution date? Every response is the same copy-paste template with no ETA, no accountability, and no callback. How long are customers expected to wait?” @JioCare

    @JioCare jiofiber problem continues - request id -SR000038Q6RB....the external wire got cut from distribution box area...its so painful in work time to not able to do work because of this out of the box situation...please escalate it to solve at earliest 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
