    Today is day 8 ....still the issue is not resolved....no set top box received....call center still just calls and says engineer will solve...engineer says call center will resolve....full circus at jio ....atleast have courtesy to either resolve or refund...@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst service area executive He is saying 6months plan also free 2 months after installation no response... Worst customer support... I hate it.. Few days back 6th month complete but showing bill what is this I ahave his call records and more worst service worst behavior

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal @consumerforum_ Can you educate your customer support call team. Laxmi kant hardly understands the issue and is asking to send engineer to my residence. I want to talk to escalation team and in NXT 48 hrs get ready for legal issues.
