    @JioCare Your team was supposed to visit on Sunday 26th than d appointment was changed to 27th and after it was changed to 28th and now you have changed it to 31st this is a repeated issue I want a permanent solution how can @reliancejio deny me for the service it's against consumer law ?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio I am facing frequent JioFiber disconnections in my area. 5 outages in 7 days. This is impacting WFH. Connection Number - 5157965487 Request urgent technical check & permanent fix. It's happening frequently from last one month. #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare What is the excuse today for not visiting my home . I am frustrated and lost all hope with jio Fiber. I registered my complain on 23 July and till now action is take resolve the issue. I ask everyone never ever take jio Fiber service. They give zero service to its customer.

    @JioCare And it is resolved without doing anything. Nobody did anything. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You have bots everywhere and it's impossible to reach out to you. Do something as soon as possible. Take some real action and live upto your word
