    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    Speed from jio is very slow. Have been trying to upload photos for past one hour but to no avail. It is very frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service , Don't have any timeline to rectify the issue.😭

    @JioCare Please provide an update on refunding my security deposit the fixed JioFiber +914035565499. No-one at Jio seems to help me but keep asking for cheque even after I had provided my UPI information to them via DM. Why is it being held even after 2 weeks? @reliancejio @JioCare
