    @JioCare Sir, recently I have changed my mobile to OnePlus Nord. I am using jio prepaid sim. With my new mobile I am facing activation problem in U-mobile app (union bank of india), receiving ' sending SMS' and stuck. with BSNL SIM app is working fine. Please resolve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think your customer support are not interested to solve our problems. I am facing network issue form last few days but their is no action on my problems. I called many times to CC but they are discounting my call or giving a reason of system is not working

    @JioCare @JioCare man as u said I sent my no.s in dm but getting no response so don't be oversmart n be there if u ask ye customer to send no.s in dm just don't divert only by saying that send your no. & You aren't even checking the Dm ..
