    Speed from jio is very slow. Have been trying to upload photos for past one hour but to no avail. It is very frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service , Don't have any timeline to rectify the issue.😭

    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    @JioCare Sorry to say but your team is not here to help me . DM the issue twice and still you are asking for an issue . Your engineer has visited to fix the issue and made a web of wire which is looking ugly . Please ask your team for proper wiring .

    @JioCare Worst Network Coverage in 12°44'17.0"N 80°00'15.4"E for past one month. Paying for 5G network but getting not even 4G. Can this be resolved ASAP as location is a SEZ with >50k employees working. In spite of multiple complaints, no action so far. Will @JioCare wake up ??

    @reliancejio Platforms The network condition in Kachhauna Patseni (241126) is very poor. Frequent call drops and weak signal strength are creating serious problems for residents. Kindly send your technical team and fix the issue. @JioCare
