    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    @reliancejio I can't understand why your store or staff doesn't want to give me a replace sim. I sim was not working properly so I ordered for a new sim for 25rs but your representative asking for to recharge for 298rs. give me a replace sim or stop the number and remove my name

    @himanshu0495 such things dont happen with the likes of other networks, take @JioCare example their support will neva keep you hanging.

    @JioCare I did. I texted in your DM multiple times. Talked to your team on call n whatsapp chat as well. No one helped. No one resolved my issue. Horrible service. Fire your people since you are giving them money to do nothing.
