    @JioCare Now you guys are lying. Your customer care executive are telling that refund is not provided yet. If you guy has provided the refund then you guys must have some details of that. Can you provide to me becoz I have checked bank statement and all nothing is there. @reliancejio

    …complainant gets irritated/tired and forgets the issue and moves on… we will also move on but by discontinuing @JioCare services and opt for hopefully genuine services from @Airtel_Presence.. Never expected this from a giant like jio… pathetic n fake service

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioGigaFibre Your services going frm BAD TO WORSE. Internet not working past 2 days. Ur cust care REFUSING TO REGISTER Complaint. Forcing me to go to the router location & run online tests. Folks at home not so tech advanced to do this. Im not der.
