    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    No one come to solve problem every two day you need to make complaint about you wifi....no phones were picked by customer care... Highly disappointed No response from @GTPL_Care... Time to move on @airasia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare i recently converted my postpaid to prepaid and was told by your offline store that I will get Rs 250 back which security deposit by calling on number 198 and they will give some link in which we hv to provide bank details,but on 198 there is no such option,plz help.
