    Speed from jio is very slow. Have been trying to upload photos for past one hour but to no avail. It is very frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service , Don't have any timeline to rectify the issue.😭

    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    Wrost network connectivity in my area 250401 @JioCare @JioSaavn at ground floor there's no network and outdoor too it's just 2G Facing many problems since last week @JioCare @JioSaavn Please help Kai baar tweet kar diya maine, par koi bhi solution nahi hai @JioCare ne @TRAI

    @JioCare shifting is not possible In this situation what should the customer do? If AirFiber can't work properly and even shifting is not possible because of infrastructure limitations from your side then you should provide an alternate solution like Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection (3/3)

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number almost 3 hours ago. Payment was successful, but the recharge is still not reflecting in the Jio app and services are not activated yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #RechargeIssue #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare @JioCare I even tried reaching the jio customer care or chat window..no help from anywhere. This time I am done with such poor service from you guys and switching to another Internet provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @FibreJio Still i don’t get any update on my request, almost 3 weeks gone the connectivity issue is still on pending, An idiot engineer assign who only miss behaving and doing argue only. I have waste my money on jio from last 4 years literally. No response on mail n tweet this is the facility providing by the jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your customer care is rude My connection is not working since a month , everyday there is a temporary issue , they are not raising my complaint saying that it’s a temporary issue , it will be resolved but nothing is being solved I need help
