@JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

@JioCare Yesterday your service engineer came and repaired my router but router is not working correctly so your staff removed my optical fiber cable from box to router and join directly from pole to router but speed not increased same problem as it is.

@JioCare @JioCare Still no help. In DM also. Suggestion to everyone else: paying Rs 100 extra to Airtel is worth rather getting insulted by government employees of jio. No support. Call Airtel customer care, engineer will knok door in 15 mins. Jio will reschedule new con. requests also.
