@RaiSr108 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare care to reply? Why haven't I received an update regarding my complaint? My issue has not been resolved since April. @TheOfficialSBI would request you to resolve our issue with team Jio. We might have to escalate this from our end if this is not taken seriously.
