    @JioCare 1. Jio fibre: Extremely poor customer care. Two plus years and still a voucher issue is not resolved, despite multiple promises to sort it out by JIO. 2. Jio mobile 4G is practically unusable with packet drops of over 50% & ping time of over 1500 ms. Disappointing.

    I suggested each & everyone please don't consider jiofiber for your home they are just money minded people , avoid it's better to support local business or go for airtel as of now jio is worst they only adverse after taking money they will not show there face again. @JioCare

    I think it's the time to leave from @airtelindia after being a part from past 7+ years. Facing much issues in browsing internet from past 2-3 months,even I am tweeting this by connecting to wifi. Hey @reliancejio @JioCare do you have similar problems, or should i join you?

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.
