@JioCare You need to first create customer care number where customer can talk to the executive for their problems without any need of fixed voice number or registered number. So, that people like me will not face difficulty otherwise it looks like fraud company whom unable to talk.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your store says they are open from 8 to 8 but waited till 10:30 today and now they don’t help us in getting my number to e sim, as they said staff responsible will come at his ease at 11, you sell SIM cards but don’t service them ?
