    @JioCare My issue is not resolved. I don't know why is it showing resolved. No service engineer came to my place and no one called me. How can you mark something resolved without even contacting me? There is still red light on my jio router and it has been red since 5th june

    @JioCare No JioFiber internet for 2 days. No proper response, no updates, no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable service. One of the worst customer support experiences ever. Paying customers deserve better. Fix this immediately. #JioFiber #JioCare
