    In a prepaid plan, it's simple. Recharge at the end or else service stops. There is nothing called "Advance Rental". @JioCare do you charge in advance and call it postpaid too? @airtelindia does!!

    Very poor service from the Jio fiber. Took payment from me and didn't evn install after days after committing within 48hr install. Installation guy rescheduling dates agn n agn without asking me. @reliancejio @JioCare want to cancel my connection request.

    @JioCare I am so much disappointed by your service Its long duration and i haven't got my caution money yet Jio refunded 500 and i am still waiting for remaining amount 1000
