Already DM’d you my JioFiber no and SR ID. Will switch to other broadband provider if this doesn’t resolve today.

I have been calling customer care twice a day, they are scheduling an engineer visit and postponing it every day. How many days will they do it? I have already paid 1200 for this.

Going through worst customer service experience ever among all internet service providers. @jiocare Have let me go through an ordeal of harrowing experience after placing a request for relocation since 26th June. Will suggest at least 100 people whom I know about this experience and will ask them to never subscribe to JioFiber at their home. @Jiofiber treats it's customer in most pathetic manner. Most annoying of it is they don't give a damn about this even after realising this.
