@reliancejio @JioCare. Still JioCare team did not contact me for the issue. The SR No. SR000013QMPN is rejected informing my number is not registered as per info in their system but how come I am getting message saying my number is registered for JioAutoPay.

I had a very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio . And the cell phone tower is with in 100 meter to my house. This is ridiculous. I decided to port my sim to airtel also recommend my friends and family.

@JioCare @reliancejio received a call from Jio Customer Care executive and was asking some information regarding the Jio connection. I was hesitate to share the same as it’s a unknown number. The person threatened to disconnect the number. What to do next?

@reliancejio I got very nice internet speed in jio before 3 year ago .. Now recharge plan has been increased.. but internet speed is very poor.. I had tried to contact with customer care but not got any solution.. Reliance means toppest indian brand.. please do the needful 🙏

@JioCare I will be shifting my residence within the same locality. Tried your jio care number 18008969999 as advised unfortunately there is no option for shifting of address, nor can we talk to anyone. Frustrating getting basic service from jio. Jio are is not helpful
