In my case, payment was accepted immediately, but even after 11 days the SIM has not been delivered/activated. Customers pay for a service, not for endless escalations and assurances. Such delays after collecting advance payment raise serious concerns about customer service standards and accountability. Order No. NO00015F496T.

I hope this time it’s an actual permanent fix and not just another automated response. Customers need stable internet not repeated

My Jio mobile is working on 5G but it is the problem with airfiber which is also connected through the Jio 5G network. But airfiber internet doesn't work properly. I called your service engineer but no help.
