@reliancejio Service request no: SR00001H1G6C for cancellation of Jio Fiber already closed on 30th January 2023 at 09:35 pm. But till now, Jio Fiber has not been cancelled yet. Please look into it.

@JioCare finally i got someone to come and got to know my connection is cancelled or so. They are not even sure what happened. I'm tired trying to get this relocated. When I applied for a new connection it was done within 24hrs. Now literally running around asking to help 👏

@JioCare Internet speed is more than the speed of my monthly subscribed plan. And many times it happens that internet service gets interrupted. The problem started on 15/07/2022 when my internet stopped for some time.
