    @JioHotstar @reliancejio Hey @JioCare , my Jio plan already includes JioHotstar (For VoLTE) and the subscription is showing as active in the MyJio app until August 2026, yet the JioHotstar app is asking me to recharge again to continue watching. Please resolve this issue. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Infact at 11.00 P.M call wen I explained the customer representative simply said it's bill issue we can't do anything u have 2 pay&next month it will be corrected. So does @JioCare expectation s, if we generate incorrect bill u hav 2 pay full 2 get ur connection. It's ur problem

    @reliancejio what a big mistake by paying for 6months in advance. It’s been 2 days that my jio is down. It’s worked only for 1.5 hours since yesterday. Shame on you!
