@DoT_India Sir there are thousands of complaints similar to mine. In each case they have deactivated sim without any intimation. @reliancegroup @reliancejio What is the meaning of taking KYC. if it has no use for them? If they can't sent simple letter.Itne bhi rs nhi toh customer se le lo!
