    @JioCare Hi Im unable to use my internet or calls from 26th of March to till now April 8th.. Will Jio will compensate to my hard earned money which I invested in the recharge this is how you loot your customer I have not got any positive feedback from anyone.

    @AmazonAlexaIN Not able to connect to @JioCare. Tried everything, other network using mobile hotspot is okay, just issue with Jio Fibre! While as Internet is working fine on Jio Fibre just not able to connect to Alexa!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your support is also very pathetic like your service. I have registered 2 complaints and till now there is no action. Didn’t get any communication regarding the update. If you are unable to resolve the issue please do let me know.
