    @reliancejio is there a way we can get our refund for the rs 2500 paid for trial of fiber? 08079623583 is the fixed line number. There is no way we can reach to the customer care to raise this concern. Is this deliberate?

    @JioCare it's has been over 48 hours and my internet issue is still not resolved. I have raised a complaint, spoke to customer care but no use. There is not even a proper realistic time line given and no numbers shared to escalate the issue to higher authorities.

    Jio network down since yesterday's evening i.e. 15th October at my area. It's not happening for the first time, happens 4-5 times or more monthly. Kept on issuing complaint to jio but still no help. Location: Tseminyu, Nagaland @reliancejio @JioCare
