    I once called @reliancejio to complain about slow internet in my area and their robot said- "We checked, the internet speed is slow in your area, we'll fix it in 3-4 MONTHS" That was 6 months ago btw, it's still **** and I switched to Airtel. Who are also **** btw.

    10 days. Zero resolution. Terrible support. @JioCare, your handling of my SIM replacement request (SR00003E7VJ7) is an absolute joke. Stop giving scripted excuses and process the request immediately. Disgraceful service. @JioCare

    @JioCare it’s been 10 days since I raised service request regarding internet connectivity on my Jio fiber. SR00003DWXAJ Is the latest ticket after speaking to appellate and escalation team but still there is no visit by service engineer. @_MukeshAmbani sir your reputation is low
