    @reliancejio @JioCare From past 24 hours my JioFiber connection is down for maintenance. I have made 3 calls since yesterday to the customer care executives, each time recieving false promises of connection getting restored. Is JioFiber so unreliable?

    It has been 1 month and 4 days since my money was robbed by @reliancejio. Since then @JioCare just gives me fake assurances about handling my issue. But till date no one from the team has called me to explain the reason for such a long delay in refunding my money. #cheats #fraud

    @JioCare the worst service provider 3 months back they told me that they will install fibre in my home but they refused to do that again with so many excuse worst experience ever they waited me more than 6months Bad luck jio fibre

    @JioCare This is the same text I have received day before yesterday, yesterday and now even today. Please let me know know whom should a customer reach out from Jio team so that the issue is resolved. If you have shipped a defective product am I not entitled for a quick resolution?

    @JioCare Very very poor connectivity of jio fiber. It's disconnected frequently and showing no internet. Also the customer care no is not connected ..
