@JioCare Yet again horrible service. The customer raises a ticket. JIO closes it after 10 days without resolution and expects customers to create a new ticket and again they sleep on it for 10 days. Same process repeats. 6 weeks gone and yet no Refund for cancellation

@JioCare @reliancejio When you will care about customers. It’s really frustrating even I wasn’t able to speak with the customer executive if we select the option to speak with them call gets automatically disconnected. No proper response in twitter messages as well.

@JioCare Your IR specialist Anand Jha has disappeared since last 3 days after giving false commitment that someone would get back with an update in 4 hours. When did Jio start charging for missed calls on International Roaming?? Need a resolution please!!!

@reliancejio During this puja, Jio mobile network has so many problems, there is no signal, you have to dial again and again, data does not work, money is deducted correctly. There is no concern for the interests of the people.

@reliancejio I ported my no. from @airtelindia to jio. I think that was biggest mistake I did. Inspite of repeated complaints and visiting your service centre, I am still struggling and my work is getting hampered because of your service.
