I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

Saahil (@BhagArjunBhag) reported@JioCare This is absolute nonsense. Someone has called me and rudely just said your refund is not eligible because 250 mb was used. What does that mean? 95% of the time i had ZERO network. I could not access maps, communicaiton, internet, NOTHING. I was with my family and my young daughter and we were often stranded in a foreign country because there was ZERO connectivity. Kindly look into this on priority. I am only asking for the refund at the moment. If this escalates I will explore other measures as well.
