@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare You cannot check service request until then the service request is closed. Keep on tweeting and mailing. May be the customer service representatives are working hard to resolve the issue but i doubt if the ground staff even bothered about the issue.

@reliancejio There is no internet in my area due to a temporary outage past 4 days making it very difficult to work. Over and above this, the customer care executives are so rude and unprofessional that they hang up the call when a customer is talking to them for update.

@JioCare The only help required is that someone from your team comes and pick up the Router & cables and start the procedure for refund. All this has happened within first month of getting the connection. I have DM the entire details. Waiting for Prompt action.
