@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare I have called customer care number of times and told my concern. The customer care executive are unresponsive and some times they even disconnect the call in middle and does call back as well which is unacceptable.even I visited the nearest care they are also unable to resolve.

@JioCare I have jio phone which was not working. In response the local contact (at jammu)assured me that it will be repaired ..but once the jio phone was taken to the store he back tracked and said the repair cost will around 1500.
