    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    Worst customer service ever @reliancejio @JioCare Literally zero help from you guys, I am using jio fiber for more than a year now. And your executive is saying that I will only get decent speed if I go for 1500 plan even thou I am paying 1k for 150mbps and getting only 50mbps.
