    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare Called the Fiber support line just to hear the respondent telling the same steps the app tells for connectivity issues where they make you get an appointment. I've been having frequent problems and have already gotten the engineers to fix it so I wanted to know (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio cellular services now lacks the QOS that it started with in 2016. No doubt it has good data speed but call services deteriorated since past few months incoming/outgoing calls just keeps dropping and can never reconnect. Frontline support aren't competent to solve.
