@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare Didn't have to be in such a hurry to bring 5G, we were already bringing 5G, so we had to bring it correctly, calls don't connect and 5G networks don't come, they never come correctly.

@JioCare Dear Anuja, today there was total COLLAPSE of JIO from 11:30am till 12:15pm. I couldn't connect my laptop to my mobile too. Alternatively AIRTEL network was good. Kindly explain how much patience should I have. How long I have to wait for......??????? Thanks
