    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Getting very pathetic slow speed from past few days. I used to get high speed connectivity at my location,but it got very slow. No use of doing complaints,just fake assurances.

    @JioCare I have called many times to the customer and talked on chat no solution has come out. It's been 2 year in my area network problem is going on and there is call dropping problem. There is no solution for internet speed is slow. There are more than 20 houses in my area.

    @JioCare Please Don't keep repeating the same thing , You have refunded partially, remaining amount you've deducted for trusting jio? @JioCare Check if we're able to provide atleast 1kb of data service then think about deducting.
