    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    what the hell with @reliancejio @JioCare in medical emergency i was not able to call 108 emergency number (all other calls was working perfectly Thank god someone was with me with another network which worked definitely switching 2 another network BHAD ME GAYE RECHARGE K PAISE

    @JioCare CS agent did not share a service id. Their were none raised either. Jio fiber subscription is with +91 97787 41763 number of mine. Pls don't try to call me in that.. I don't use that number anymore

    @reliancejio @JioCare very worst service. Lots of fake promises.. 15 plus escalation mail still not solution.. seemsike intention to do fraud with customer.. dnt expect this from such a big brand like JIo

    @JioCare Nothing has been done on the network, please do not give false assurances. No one has even bothered to call till date.

    @JioCare Sir These are just formalities at your end. Just try to improve your network quality in Jharkhand. I have tried sharing number with your customer care. But no improvements are seen. Stop fooling and start working.
