@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio presently I'm staying in mogarahalli, srirangapatna tq. Your network signal has become so unpredictable here. If we are inside home signal will drop, if we move to terrace network will work with good speed. Is their any way to get rid this situation.?
