@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@Amana_Ansari @JioCare contd they convinced me to give dem otp as they will come back tomorrow to install dth ..and when i called dem tomorrow they never picked the phone ...after 3 days i filed complain to take back their box ...so after 3 days they came to take back their box

@JioCare one of the worst service I experienced till date. Wanted a bulk connection for our new community so tried contacting the area manager, Jio Fiber guys but none is responsive. Last year when I asked for a individual connection, I got reply after 6 months. #worst #Jio

@Airtel_Presence Pathetic service. Even after multiple complains your engineers simply refuse to come and resolve the issue for days. @JioCare I want to replace my Airtel broadband connection with Jio. Please assist.
