    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare @JioCare Need apt solution now for both connection refund. CO0000D1CJOF - 1500rs CO0000CD021B - 1000rs. Also tell you team i will not wait anylonger now. It has been twice that i’ve been given a specific time still the refund has not been credited. I want my money ASAP.Wont wait

    @JioCare jio is cheating the refund amount, its almost more than a month i cancelled the connection, really worst worst service. For getting connection they need money immediately, after cancellation they are not refunding the money on time. Whose money they looting?

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since my Jio fiber connection is not working! I've contacted local support but they are not giving any satisfactory reply.. nor they have come to resolve it!! Highly disappointed situation since it's third time in this month!!! Kindly tell me what to do!
