    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    Every month they come with new f**** excuse for slow internet speed. now in up East jio internet normal download speed is 0.7- and high 0.25 Mbps and uploading is 0.38 – 1.08 Mbps even if you try to perform speed test it’s take 5-10 min. This has to be fixed @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber #jio I got the call from fibre department they have not visited the place and asking for the OTP generated by the company. For closing the file. What a fraud is going on the jio fibre bogus service.

    @JioCare my jiofibre (5248356240)is not working since yesterday and i can’t even register a complaint if anyone doesn’t know how to troubleshoot a router. Worst service experience.

    no matter how many time u complaint @JioCare for there ****** up services they always come with a same reply DM us privately & then they ask u same question and after u wont get anything. no call no massage no feedback and the main point is they wont solve ur issue @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioBrowser 2times i raised for cancellations of jio fibre within 30days but both of the times it was cancelled from jio side and said that it is done by my permission which is totally wrong... I have all call recordings in which i requested to cancel jio fibre....

    @atulsingh241290 @reliancejio Yes.... Now jio is not give 4G network in this area properly...... I m urs 1 of d oldest customer when u launched ur jio frm that day to now.....but now sorry to say ...I m planning to switch to another company ......

    @JioCare i will wait for another day and if still jio people dont bother to relocate my wifi connection then will shift to AirteAs instead of sorting out my problem you guys keeps on sending the standard messages that "Your team is workng on it" disguisting and misleading service

    @JioCare No network available from past 2 days, I am not talking about internet even can not make calls. 413202 check this zipcode and you tell me whats went wrong here? till when I need to face network issue or tell me to proceed with port out. This is happening very frequently
