    Jio Net in my Hometown was not working properly, Many people reacharged whatever your plan (Rs.199, 555 ) Last 2-3 Month Jio Net was Not good & satisfied service, in this time Jio service was wrost. We are spend thier money for Jio Net. So plz Resolve the Problm.🙏🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    I need to disconnect my @JioCare fiber connection. Every month network problem occurred. There executive are asking money for repairing the parts or wire. They said it is long wire connection you have to pay money for that. Jio Your service is now bad. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It is really disgusting that I have no internet connection since morning. The toll free no given is not in existence. If my internet connection is not restored today make it point to disconnect it very unhappy with service.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Still Not Have Network in the 1st Day of New Year 2022 !! Wow... What a great Surprise from Jio.... In Koraput Since 1 Hours, Total Koraput Have No Network Coverage (Only Jio Sim), Other Area Have Full Network. Please Resolve sir/madam as soon as possible

    @TelecomTalk @JioCare provide stable VOLTE, sometimes data works but volte stops. Due to this we wouldn’t receive calls or SMS’s and the customer wouldn’t even realise when this happens, until someone on WhatsApp says your phones saying switched off
