    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare I hv ported in to jio frm VI. But can't use calls & SMS since then whereas I can use data smoothly. Phone model is Samsung J4 Core. There wasn't any issue till I was with VI. Pls help. @reliancejio

    @DoT_India @TRAI I am unable to reach @JioCare for my broadband issues. The service is down from yesterday and their BOT isn't helping, as their timeline for issue resolution changed multiple times.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber account down since a week now. Have made numerous complaints. The area heads and engineers are not interested in doing anything. Either restart the connection or refund the amount. Even appellate is not helping solve the issue. Last complaint no SR000014HIOU.
