    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio really jio is playing a game with us, for making it 5G to work, it reduces the 4G speeds in my local area. Customer care won't work as they only tell you there is a multiple users in your area, damn, same case with Airtel won't resolved till 2 years since 2019.

    @JioCare JIO FIBER CONNECTION, Order no--NO0000O6A1JS gave a fake service, they collected OTP from my son on call without performing the installation. Nobody came for installation and Plan got activated before installation.
