    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I am facing extremely slow net speed at my workplace in Mumbai. I first spoke to your customer care via whatsapp in Nov 2021and was assured the issue would be resolved soon.

    @JioCare More than 10 service request is given in two of the service request it is mentioned that adjustment has been processed in the account I do not know where is the adjustment is processed And jio had barred my services for not making bill payment

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my no with data booster 30gb of Rs181. I am never able to use it even if my daily data is exhausted. What kind of fraud is this? and now my plan is about to expire.
