    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @TheAstuteReader @reliancejio Please do let us know about after sale services - if any issue comes up. Airtel gives me 15mbps, the only reason I still use it their customer service and issue resolution is pretty good.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection was not working so I called and also in feedback form I asked for removal of this connection within trial period. Now after 3 month your people are saying instead of 500 they will refund only 500. And deduct my 1000 because it's more than 60 days
