    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare I have did recharge for my number using amazon pay but by mistake recharge has been done for some other number unable to contact u using my number as plan expired. Please cancel the recharge.

    @JioCare Your Customer Care keeps on raising tickets/service requests. The technician has already said he can't solve the problem. They did some problem during registration of box. Make me to talk to someone who can actually solve my issue rather than raising service requests

    @JioCare 😤 😡.... I just activated JioTunes on my number and set a tune. Even got a sms confirmation that the tune has been set. But when I am being called it is the boring tring tring playing. Why is not my selected tune playing ?????? Pls fix this !!!!!!! Urgently.....thanks.

    @JioCare no network from last 3 to 4 hours. Badlapur, Tal ambarnath, Dist Thane, Maharashtra. No only mine whole family numbers are not in working due to network issues.
