    Jio Net in my Hometown was not working properly, Many people reacharged whatever your plan (Rs.199, 555 ) Last 2-3 Month Jio Net was Not good & satisfied service, in this time Jio service was wrost. We are spend thier money for Jio Net. So plz Resolve the Problm.🙏🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare Jio router has green light and in speedtest it is around 30 mbps. But no website is getting opened. The issue is reported on the jio care toll free number. The executive is not ready to register complaint and telling that everything is ok. She cannot send technician.

    Dear @JioCare I request you to kindly extend my plan validity as my service issue is still unresolved Complaint number SR000034YDNX was closed without proper resolution and the problem still persists Due to this I have lost nearly 1 month of my active plan without being able to use the service It is unfair for a customer to bear the loss when the fault lies in unresolved service and improper handling I request you to Extend my plan validity for the number of days the service remained unusable Ensure proper resolution of the issue without forcing complaint closure Hoping for a quick and fair resolution

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing extremely poor Jio AirFiber and mobile network service in Cachar,Assam for months. Already complained multiple times through customer care calls but no proper resolution yet.Slow speed,frequent disconnections,and poor network quality are unacceptable.

    Today’s telecom companies only see his profit but no focus on services bcoz i used jio but the internet slow as tortoise. Can’t open a basic youtube too.. Suddenly internet stop they can’t understand that a student take a live classes.@reliancejio @JioCare .

    @airtelindia Your relocation service for fiber is so efficient that I’ve completed 12days without internet. Truly next-level stuff. This is my final attempt solve it in 2 hrs or I switch to @JioCare permanently, not just fiber everything. Great way to value 10yr loyalty customer.

    @JioCare @TRAI Dear Team, I'm receiving harassing calls from Jio Customer Care. Recharging a number is a customer's personal choice. Why are agents calling from non-official numbers and threatening to block my number if a recharge isn't done?
