    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @JioCare Jio4g claims to be the fastest 4G network in India but I am Facing the the opposite Mine internet connection is very much slow So kindly Upgrade to stable internet connection in my area It is so problematic,I already complained But didn't get the result

    @JioCare @Mayursaini27 In short their service is fcuked! They have a standard answer for everything. Network Congestion or too many internet users in your area. Bloody waste nowadays. Just coining patriotic slogans and selling connections. I have 4 connections since the day of JIO but waste now.

    I never thought a minor issue would get me posting over social channel or possibly jio just made it way too hard for me to resolve over a care number. Jio sales person and customer care did a fraud to me over my jio fiber connection ! Help @JioCare @fiber_jio #JioFiber
