@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

The problem which we are facing is when electricity gone. The network also gone. Look into this.The people of our locality suffered from this very much. Specifically students.The main problem is the tower maintenance is very low. (2/3) @JioCare @reliancejio

@TSBBCare you guys hound with calls for recharge. But don't provide assistance with internet issue post recharge. @airtelindia @reliancejio looking for a new customer i am all in to get rid of tata sky broadband. Their USP is now to cheat consumers. They even hang up on calls.

In Past 2 years I have complained 5-6 times about the pathetic data speed in my area. Always you people ask for my address and name.I provide Then you tell it will be ok in some days. You expand the capacity blah blah blah. But never act and never delivered.@JioCare @reliancejio
