    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare Currently undergoing a pathetic experience with JioFiberCare. I have requested for my jio fiber connection on last month and raised a service request SR000016FW47 but unfortunately jio backend team closed the service request without resolving the issue.@reliancejio

    @JioCare just check the recording of my last call to your customer care no 199 and see how your representative talked to me in rude & harassing way. Is this the way of service you provide if customer opts for port out ?

    @JioCare 20 days uninstallation of jio fiber and 14 working days done but my return amount not credit jio show fake advertisements of 30 days free trial policy return money process so long after 14 working days jio fiber . Very poor service #poor_service
