@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

Hey @JioCare until I haven't recharged my Jio Number...I was getting 10-15 calls to recharge my number. now when I recharged... internet speed is shameful and same customer care auto gen. message that we are improving network in your area...from last 2.5 years I'm listening it!

@JioCare Nothing you will do !! I got your recharge amount on name of 2.5gb per day with high speed 4g for a year !! Now you never work on that !! How many days ,month and year customer will suffer , Did you return customer money we will switch to Airtel !!
