    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    And the customer service is terrible for both @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare No one is better, both are worse... But sticking with the one that offers one/two good things over others seems rationale decision as of now...

    My jio number is suck bad! The internet speed is slower than 2G. Dear @reliancejio stop eating people's money. Money came from hardwork not from scam that your are doing to the users. @reliancegroup

    Visited @reliancejio store gopalpura Jaipur today. Waited for almost 20 minutes. Then got reply that the person who does postpaid work is not available. #worstservice @JioCare Never expected this from @reliancejio
