    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    This is why I have choosen @reliancejio over @airtelindia. Very poor service. Customer Executive were telling that it may take 6 to 8 months. I was like what the heck, 6 to 8 months, is this a joke? Please do something as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Wi-Fi disrupted again after working for two days. SR 000015WER6 is today's complaint number. Mukesh Ambani's Jio is unable to provide satisfactory service to it's subscribers in Delhi. Jio takes more than 24 hrs to attend a complaint. Pl be serious & find a permanent solution.

    I switched to your network @airtelindia so that I can get good services but your services are also bad and of course @reliancejio has ended competition so there is nowhere to go and as usual both are ****** network and now @airtelindia is also on the same line.

    @reliancejio @JioCare provide a broad plan with a speed of 50Mbps. 30Mbps plan is too slow for me and 100Mbps plan is soo fast for me. Provide the customers with a 50Mbps plan.

    @JioCare I have been trying to contact customer care for Jio Fiber since two days but after 10 minutes of hold, the call is getting cut from your side. This is not the service expected from @reliancejio . Quite disappointed.

    @JioCare why mobile internet speed is very poor in Muzaffarpur Bihar. Earlier it used to be good, now even browsing on any website not possible with jio net. Planning to port to some other network @reliancejio
