Jio Net in my Hometown was not working properly, Many people reacharged whatever your plan (Rs.199, 555 ) Last 2-3 Month Jio Net was Not good & satisfied service, in this time Jio service was wrost. We are spend thier money for Jio Net. So plz Resolve the Problm.🙏🙏 @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

One of my absolutely wrong decisions was to port my number into @JioCare Life is not the same anymore! 😭 Crappy network, non-stop spam despite DND and the topping on cake is their useless customer support. Just waiting for the 3 month period to end before I port out again!

@JioCare There has been no response on my many attempts to reach you (incl. twitter) on absurd and illogical charges on my international data pack and have got zero response. I have no clue how to proceed. MNP seems to be only way ahead. At least Airtel never ignored customers.
