    @JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare Very low internet speed at our locality. Unable to use internet. No solution after many complaints. Look at the problem as soon as possible or else we including our locality planning to port out from Jio #Cuttack if there is no improvement in the service.

    @JioCare Hi. Called support again. They now postponed the “technician visit” to tomorrow 3PM. If issue is not resolved by then, raising permanent disconnect Jio Fiber service. 🙏🏻 horrible!! horrible!! @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service. It’s been more than ten days since I complained about my JioFiber connection not working but till date nobody has bothered to visit and get the connection restored. Called customer care many a times but no serious response.
