@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

The worst customer care company. @reliancejio @JioCare After what feels like a lifetime of waiting to speak to a customer care executive, the call drops. Upon complaining about absolutely no internet connectivity, y’all say “it’s probably temporary.

@reliancejio its more than 12 days i am facing network problem in making calls and slow internet, i tried too many times to complaint about that each and every time i get same answer wait for 7 hours 24 minutes. My worst decision was to stay with jio😭
