@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

Jio Net in my Hometown was not working properly, Many people reacharged whatever your plan (Rs.199, 555 ) Last 2-3 Month Jio Net was Not good & satisfied service, in this time Jio service was wrost. We are spend thier money for Jio Net. So plz Resolve the Problm.🙏🙏 @JioCare

Looks like its a hard task for Jio to learn customer servicing. Why Indian inc. lag on serving customers? why can't we be Apple or Starbucks why can't we say Aha Its Jio moment! Again Jio engineers put Jio down. Now its better accept it and refund me NO0000HOPCTS. @reliancejio

@reliancejio NO0000HN6GPA - Order No. Pending from last 8 Days. Commitment while taking ordrr was to give connection on same day. Pre sales is so bad. Wondering about post connection. Cheaper plans are myth. Better take it from reputed broadband providers.
