@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare I am still living in 2G era instead of 4G era. Please look into this matter. The customer care is saying that they are improving the service for past 1 year. I dont want to give 4G prices for 2G data use.

I have always opposed monopoly in business. But Duopoly isn't any good either! @airtelindia I am having the worst customer experience ever. Event after paying upfront front for an year, my broadband connection has not been installed. And yes @reliancejio has better CS! Period.

@JioCare cancelled my jio fiber. Worst experience ever. Do not ever take jio to all the people reading this. They do not give service at all. It's been more than 2 weeks I've put service request and i got no response from any engineer.
