    @JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

    Paid ₹999 to MyJio for a plan that includes JioHotstar, but even after 2–3 weeks the subscription is still not activated. Stop redirecting me to Hotstar support—I paid Jio, so Jio is responsible for resolving this.@JioCare @TRAI @JioHotstar

    @JioCare is ABSOLUTELY useless, I have been on call with their customer support over 7 times within 24 hours and yet they fail to provide any solution. There has been no internet service since Friday, I scheduled an appointment for saturday there has been NO IMPROVEMENT since.
