@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

Dear @JioCare your services are down. My Jio Fiber internet is down and I’m unable to register a complaint on your app and toll free no 18008969999. I have tried all troubleshooting but chatbot still asking to experiment in troubleshooting.
