@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio How much time does it take for an engineer to visit customer's address? I raised a request on July 5th and have been calling you everyday. Look into all the conversations using SR000015MPBA Seems like a cancellation request will get your attention now.

@JioCare Pawapuri, Nalanda, Bihar-803115 Is the details, and we all know companies are doing fraud and loot in the name of 3G speed or 4G speed n all. We have never ever experienced 4G and as such speeds over here...great going @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I don't understand who is rescheduling the appointment on my behalf, who is informing Jio that - service has been delivered and customer refused to allow for pictures. Please could you get to the bottom and find out your unprofessional engineers, who are continuously misleading?
