    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    I avail inferior class of internet @reliancejio service,as if i've paid for 2 G services,4G rather. While lodging a complaint I hear d sentences of basic training imparted ;'Don't worry, this is a temporary problem, might b arising out of congestion due 2 mass usage' - how fool?

    @JioCare Yes. This raised after multiple calls I made to your CC. Cancellation request is raised on 17Jun, Internet service was stopped by 22Jun. Still the device is not picked. As told before, I will wait as there isn’t any option. Would wait and watch how long it’s gonna take.

    @reliancejio We pay for good quality of service, not for your excuses; poor power supply or disruption due to congestion arising out of mass usage of internet is none of my concern; as you're being paid in accordance of the quantity of the customers. Improve yr services or..

    @JioCare Service request no SR00001BJ1BR is closed prematurely without contacting or informing the customer. Cause pointed out that the building/location does not exist. Surprisingly now I am staying in the same building /location.
