Jio Net in my Hometown was not working properly, Many people reacharged whatever your plan (Rs.199, 555 ) Last 2-3 Month Jio Net was Not good & satisfied service, in this time Jio service was wrost. We are spend thier money for Jio Net. So plz Resolve the Problm.🙏🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare To be honest, till now I had very good coverage from Jio till the tower came down 45 days ago. So I was hoping that Jio will rectify the same. Till now no indication or timeline provided by Jio. No alternate plans also !!

@JioCare @TRAI @Airtel_Presence ridiculous services by jio ,no customer care support all om IVR which is completely helpless ,go from any where they will drop to same place where there no solution ,trai needs to question where is support ?No network ,nd helpless

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare simply just saying soon does have any value untill you intend to take any actions on the same. My issue is simple, need relocation of my broadband to new location. All details shared, still 8 days and relocation is still pending. Thats the issue

@JioCare It is not data congestion issue.Coverage tower was disputed and went down. Now no coverage inside home.Even calls don't go through 95% times. Data coverage is nil. This is the situation since 45 days. Your network team is expected to make alternate arrangement, but sleeps.

@reliancejio @SunRisers Jio's customer service has gone from a top notch 100 one year back to bottom -1 at present. Been more than 20 days since I put relocation request for JioFiber no engineer showed up. Should just switch to Airtel

@JioCare No sir. I am waiting for last 45 days + days for corrective action from Jio on coverage issue. No one is interested in solving the issue.Some standard messages are sent. Ball drops between Customer Support & Network teams. I have 3 jio connections at home. I need to switch 1 by 1
