@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

My appointment for #Jiofiber connection was for today at 4pm, I left some work and came home just to find out it has been rescheduled to another date without any notice, the cce are clueless, they can't even speak, very bad experience @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare If providing a new connection takes over a week for you guys I shudder to even think what would be the kind of after sales service you'll provide. Absolutely pathetic complaint resolution mechanism and such dont care attitude cannot work. I don't want to waste my precious time
