    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @prakharvasishth @BhideRajshekhar @JioCare I did same two days back, deactivated Airtel and moved to Jio, from last 2 days chasing their support for installation. Airtel has good support, jio acts just like lala company. Don't opt for them, rest your choice

    @JioCare Just now again i have received sms and email from jio of putting the installation at hold as per my request. It seems you are not interested in installing the connection and just wasting time. So kindly cancel the order or otherwise i have to take up with appellate.

    @JioCare @JioCare it not about urgency. it's about quality of service. it's already 3 days I requested for relocation till date it is not resolved. What kind of service jio provide give me any reason why can't I switch to other providers if you give worst service.

    A few minutes ago, I called at @JioCare for sim replacement, I informed him about my struggle to get a sim. Unfortunately, not getting any help. @JioCare retailers are denying sim replacement as they are saying to go to the home state. Is it digitalization? @reliancejio

    Team @jiocare connectivity at #Badlapur is bad for my number 9284868762.N'work is good when I travel beyond #Kalyan with the same phone. When I complained at the nearby Jio store, he asked me to change the handset which is absolutely ridiculous. Pl resolve this issue imm.
