    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @JioCare In my current location last 8-9 months internet speed is very very slow. Only one signal show then i complain several times to customer service and they said that several times i registered your complain and take 72 hours to resolved but didn't resolve my problem

    @JioCare Recieving 2g internet speed from Jio.Very dead slow internet speed only lot of people using same time internet that's the reason u r getting slow speed.This is the one and only answer u have and never resolve the customer problem.Dont give false answers resolve issue

    @reliancejio tried calling customer care for relocation n removing connection at present location but didn't get required option to choose. Pls assign someone to remove connection.

    @JioCare Dear #Jio your team gives some weird answers but no solutions. Pls seek unit the same at utmost priority. It not just my number our CUG of 32 numbers is facing the same issue.
