@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare The company that claims to solve the problem in 24 hours cannot solve the customer's problem even in 10 days.. Perhaps the emphasis is on selling its product, the customer service is absolutely useless.
