    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Urgent and Important. The router is not connected to any of the device except Television. Raised 5 requests, all were converted to closed without even attending issue. No customer satisfaction My Jio Fiber number is +91- 7935686828
