@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@ViCustomerCare is now having worst customer service! After complaining many times still having problem to run internet... I should have changed the company to @reliancejio but their customer executive told to not to change that this was the first time!

@JioCare I requested your local support for a connection today in 474006 but he is asking 500 rs extra for few meter extra wire in cash and saying you won't get any proof of that 500 in mail or message, is this a right way to get the money without record?

Hallo,, i needed to switch from my physical jio siM to eSIM upgrade, did everything but while receiving call and mentioning the 19 digit esim number something went wrong and request is cancelled now,, tried again fresh but no intimation as yet. Request help.@reliancejio @JioCare
