@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

Recharging every 3month with 2GB per day pack of rupees around 720..Plus doing 121recharges for data booster.. And in return what I'm getting? Worst network. I've datas left yet internet is running worst.Unable to do online classes. @JioCare @reliancejio give all my money back

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio Fiber, and recharged with option of OTT bundle apps, but no app is working: It says you have to subscribe. Doing the same recharge for the last 18months. Toll free no help is pathetic, connection guy is of no help. Plz look. #Jioplatforms

@amritgeek @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence
