    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance fails to provide proper support on jio fiber. There is no support for JIO FIBER . When you call the call never reach support cell . Automated call which will say thanks and disconnected. Worst of RELIANCE

    @JioCare I am facing very poor internet speed on My Jio Number Its less than 1 MBPS, I am using unlimited pack of Rs 599 (2GB/Day), what's the use if internet doesnt work. I have DM you but have not received any response. I have tried every basic troubleshoot.

    @JioCare i didn't received my jio fibre refund yet,its been 2 months now.i cancelled and returned the box 2 months ago,i called customer care many times they told me that it has been initiated but i didn't received it,how can this be possible??

    @JioCare worst support ever.. BSNL is better than ur support, I am mailing you and calling customer care to resolve the issue, and your technical team is more talented they said this is not my area when they are 2 km far away..

    @JioCare Atleast provide any number of engineer, if the issue is arises again and again it should be fixed on priority rather wait for 24hrs daily. Everyone is apologies only, that I don’t need, just need a quickly resolution and for sure will not recommend this pathetic service provider.
