@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare Appreciate understanding. Tks. But issue not resolved for 7 days!! Is it too much to expect? Who is the responsible person with whom the customer can talk. No use of tlkng to call centre. Only std copy paste reply they will give. Useless. Waste of time. Go back to BSNL???

@JioCare Hello Mohit This issue is still not resolved and still persisting in my locality. This is a pathetic service provided by jio. Hope you will look into the issue and provide a resolution at earliest. If the issue remains the same, there are 100 of people who are trying to port.

@reliancejio home Fiber connection number 2235655012. We are facing connective issues on the WiFi...both 2.4GHz and 5G signal are weak often dont even connect or buffering issues are observed since last 7 days...please fix or we have to look for another provider.
