@JioCare @reliancejio I don't know why every day there is a cut off in network for 1-1.5 hr similar to electric cutoff you can understand, please try to fix the problem and do the needful otherwise I have to switch to other telecom operators.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it is a temporary issue which arise for 1-1.5 hour and you know well that when there is no network then I cannot check and call jio customer care that time, you should investigate the matter with your team, I can't inform jio customer executives that time.

@reliancejio @JioCare Every day almost 5-10 times your network goes for 10-30 minutes, I don't know why this problem is happening, I have 3 connection of jio 4g in my house, problem is same in all mobile phones. Kindly look it out why your network goes suddenly every day.

One of the worst internet service provider @JioCare @JioFiberChennai. Unable to use the relocation option via MyJio app. It's been 3 days since it shows only something went wrong. Utterly disappointing.

@ViCustomerCare elaborate scam by VI, misrepresenting to have certain benefits in a pack and 6 day time for resolution, with processes soo complicated you can't reach a human representative!!!! . No wonder the company is in debt.... . switching to @JioCare
