@reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare @reliancejio not sure where you guys stand at customer satisfaction but now I know that the Broadband team is not responsible enough to resolve frequent wifi disconnections. The only thing team does is replacement of router and the next day issue remains the same.

@JioCare hi I was unable to change the jiotune please help I tried many times to uninstall the jio 7 app and reinstalled but stills it's showing even on the jiotune options on jiosaavn that this song is not available but the same song I tried on my friend from there is available?
