    @JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

    @JioCare hey I got a sms from Jio asking for eRefund for postpaid security deposit. While giving the bank details I am asked to attach Cancelled Cheque. But my bank account don't have Cheque book. Can you please help how to submit the details?

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI got a wrong recharge done which only consists of annual data package..no voice calls..for Rs.1208.Tried requesting customer care to help & cancel/de-activate it as the handset for which the recharge is done is also very basic.. cannot even use the data

    Jio crossed it's limit of idiotic Internet service , I think JIO should won " world's slowest Internet speed provider " title, I think jio is selling 2g Internet on the name of 4g, dog's tail can never be straight like Internet speed issue of Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiosucks
