  @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

  Hey @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating! 😡 I have complained 4 times already, and every single time I get a reply saying the issue is resolved. But in reality, neither has the network speed improved nor has the call buffering/dropping issue ended. Please fix this permanently

  customer service of @JioCare is worst,there is no way one can raise service request for internet issue. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.

  @JioCare @JioCare Please take accountability. It seems there's no intent to resolve my issue despite repeated follow-ups. I won't recommend Jio to my friends or family. If this remains unresolved, I'll share my experience and these email/support conversations on relevant public platforms.

  @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.

  @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

  Hi @JioCare your international recharge is crap- it wasn't working as I landed at JFK. I could call in India only when I got a wifi and used your data ( to check) I informed the day I landed ( Plz check) They said no refund ( because of usage). This is unfair trade practice
