@JioCare Please let me know the process to deactivate the fiber account and how my refund will be processed. The engineer was scheduled for today but again they gave me new date. This is pure harassment. **** service. I really regret choosing Jio Fiber.

@JioCare I don't think you do. For the last 6 days each time I call, I get a new schedule but the engineer never shows up. Even after escalation, I was told a senior executive will call back. But as usual nothing happened
