In my jio app there is a event in which we will get jio fiber 30 day trail but when I enter in that event I fill my information on it after that they tell us our team will contact me as soon. But 24 hour goes they do not contact me. Please fix the problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Raised a ticket to close my jio fibre account which was closed by me long back and router was taken from jio team but I used to get emails that my account is not closed. I explained all the things in Call and they said we will close the issue.
