    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare I have already done that on NOV 5 last year post which i also messaged on december 18. No reply! But the problems is you dont read that. You just tweet to DM the number and post that you dont bother. I have been complaining since the last two years. But noone bothers.

    Dear @JioCare , Today also getting another service request MR0000VABTZV and spoke with customer supervisor and he is clearly saying that, they are not going to provide internet speed after recharging 599+151 rupees . I have the recording. Please grow your network first.

    @JioCare I understand your concern but to provide good network its @reliancejio's responsibility, your company increasing users only but not able to provide good network, there is no network tower in our area, manytimes I convey this msg to your representative but still no any action.

    @760ankursar1 Their service have become poor now, faced the same issue and ported to @reliancejio. Switch to Jio, their service so are really awesome

    @JioCare Payment done 10 days before still didn't get jio fibre in Jaipur. It's this you call yourself top in service. You are just a bunch of fool that fool customers and nothing else. Joginder Singh Shekhawat and Rohit Sharma from Jaipur branch didn't reply also.
