@JioCare sir the service from jio fibre is very very very poor. Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

@JioCare Hassan , I am not sure but have raised the issue formally with TRAI and will follow up with them aswell , the unethical way Sales staff is cheating people and to my surprise why was complained closed without resolving it ....
