@JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

Joi is providing worst internet service in my area. In the beginning it was like no one can match the internet speed of jio but now I'm even not able to get full network inside my house. If I want to call then need to go out first.#Airtel #RelianceJio #vodafoneidea

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

I just recharged for a 4G data add on on my jio number , the money was deducted for sure but the recharge status was not updated. Jio has removed these data add ons probably I don't care to be honest and i want either the data or my money back. @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #worst
