    Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

    @JioCare what to do. Very poor network service. No networt and taking charge for 4G is there any criteria to charge if u dont give ur customer what u r chargi g for.

    seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

    @JioCare sir the service from jio fibre is very very very poor. Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

    @DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

    Day 4 Update @JioCare Fiber is finally installed, but the issues remain. Promised 100 Mbps, got 30 Mbps. Promised 4 months, received 3 months. Actual speed sometimes drops to 1 Mbps, making it difficult to work.

    @JioCare @FibreJio This was not the problem a month back. Please check my account 02035946824 to see the fibre affected log messages to us regarding disruptions. It is affecting not just our internet connection but also notice the 4G voice call network also crashes 🛜.

    @JioCare My Jio SIM was previously used in a smartphone. I've now inserted it into a JioBharat phone, but JioBharat recharge plans still don't appear. It only shows smartphone plans. Please update my SIM status and resolve this issue ASAP. #JioBharat #JioCare Number-7853936805
