Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

@JioCare Ridiculous service from Jio Fiber. Even the Jio Store doesn’t have the Jio Fiber connection. I have raised complaint for installation of Jio fiber but no response even from the store also. Just hopeless.

@JioCare My Jio Fiber isn't working since early in the morning. Customer care says it'll take min. 24 hours for engineer to visit. I haven't been able to work at all. How is a 24 hr SLA acceptable when it's an issue on your end! Pathetic.

@reliancejio for the very first time i saw such worst behaviour by customer care of jio. I was trying to communicate them to solve my issue but it seems there were just doing formality of picking up calls and then disconnecting within few seconds. I want jio to solve my issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had call jio call center multiple times but they refused to take a complaint as my internet data get exhausted with in 1hr after renewal. As I talk with jio executive and floor supervisor but they denied for the complain and disconnect the call after hold.
