@reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

@JioCare I made the reacharge by paying 999 on the same day when I received the message but I am unable to find any icon in my Jio app to activate prime membership. Regarding this issue I contacted customer care and then I receieved the reply that such an offer is not there.

@reliancejio Jio network is going worst day by day. I am complaining since 25 days calling customer care, but all the way there is same reply, our team is working. There was a good network before 25 days, but all of a sudden there is no proper signle strength, no network speed.
