@JioCare You message clearly calls out how ****** your customer service is. Your sales person has given the wrong address and the wrong phone number. Where is the setup happening? Update my address and phone number first. Or just return my money! Moreover, read the issue before answering.

@reliancejio Pathetic Service experience with Jio Fiber in #AmitShah's Gandhinagar Gujarat. 4 guys came for installation of srvc but cudn't do d job and asked me to bring someone on my own expense to do d job. They placed my order on hold n in mail said i requsted 4 holdiling.

@JioCare So much for escalating my problem. My internet speed of 150 mbps has an upload speed of <1 mbps which is completely useless! It’s affecting my work and my family members have to stop all of their entertainment in order to allow me bandwidth! YOUR SERVICES SUCK BIG TIME🤬

@reliancejio @JioCare Greetings for the day! why jio doesn't have Special SMS Recharge Plan because I can't even send SMS with Top Up balance nor you do have Special SMS Recharge Plan.? What is the Solution you provide to your customer except recharging with another amount.?
