    @JioCare There is no one to give #resolution in @JioCare @reliancejio , i am only getting reschedules and false reassurances. It's 14:40 hrs already and still no engineer has come for scheduled installation. This is the nth number of time the schedule has not been fulfilled.

    Don't know why for @reliancejio @JioCare landlines, @BSNL_PB Landline numbers DO NOT EXIST. Can you please fix it.

    @JioCare I hav been facin call drop,not able to make/receive call from many months now.problem is with jio network as many residents in my building facing it. Ur customer service is a torture as unable to reach any1 after trying for 40mins.any solution or shud i switch to airtel?

    @JioCare RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000MNP48I is scheduled on 03-06-2022:12:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after RELOCATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion of RELOCATION

    @JioCare Facing internet connectivity issue since long time had contacted helpline but representatives disconnecting the call every time without resolution complete plan recharge is of no use.
