    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai I am fed up with your service, I really think that I am wasting money on you. For the last 4 days I have been continuously calling customer care to resolve my issue. I have been waiting for a resolution for more than 60 hour.

    @JioCare This is peculiar problem. Wired Internet is not working 5G is working as WiFi and 2G is not working. Besides that today I have project requirements to be taken and I am really not happy with the internet behaving. This will be a hard time.

    @JioCare Pathetic services of Jio fibre. Internet services are hopeless. Connectivity is not consistent and there is a huge gap in speed which is promised and delivered. Complaints logged multiple times gets closed automatically without resolution

    Extremely poor service by @JioCare @reliancejio. Been 15 days my Wifi stopped working & they have still neither paid a visit not addressed the issue despite repeated complaint calls but I m paying the bill still Totally nt a happy customer! Absolutely switching to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Who is checking the data might be ghost bcoz if u would send ur network team who is very busy then they should have visited my home & have u checked the mobile network inside my home u would have checked on the road but I suppose it will more comfortable ifwe get network in home
