Scheduled for 12-1 pm and state escalation Deadline was today 1:43 pm no response i just got a message saying it's delayed and when I called on given engineer's num no response.

    @JioCare @JioFiber I've replied in DM. I no longer wish to continue with the service. Kindly process my ₹1,200 refund and also resolve the pending ₹807 refund. After weeks of delays, I've already switched to another internet provider.

    My WiFi is not working since 3 weeks. I called the guy a million times and saw no response. Then he came and fixed it in my absence but it still didn’t work later. I was traveling for 2 weeks and now have to go back to no Internet again. What should I do @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare What do you mean by earliest? Raised SR on 28th June. 6 days over. Customer service are not answering our queries simply avoiding. No Resolution.
