    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 22-02-2021 : 16:30:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is CO0000AQ2C3P. You will receive an OTP from Jio after UNINSTALLATION, please share OTP with our service

    Still no resolution in sight for the issue after sharing all details. Its been more than 10 days since the issue was reported. Pathetic customer support & service by @JioCare . Never seen such poor technical services, specially by a telecom company, in this day and age!

    @Airtel_Presence Customer care response is very unsatisfactory as he has told that @JioCare plan are better then @Airtel_Presence then there is nothing about to talk.
