@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

One of the biggest scam for customers @reliancejio @JioCare called and ask for jio fiber postpaid planed to prepaid they denied also don't have freedom downgrade your postpaid plan. @TRAI How you dont notice..!! this is not fair with customer they done have freedom.

@JioCare Thanks for cheating. I had never been cheated like this before. I paid for fibre connection on 12/04/22 @ got a bill from Jio Centre villapuram madurai. No connection given till now. And no proper response from them. The person got the money is muthuganesh +91 6369089404

@JioCare Shame on you I will advise everyone I know to not use Jio I paid for it and then too no connection was there and now your fiber isn't working ! @airtelindia is much better than @reliancejio I have never faced such issue at my home with Airtel but Jio sucks!
