    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @reliancejio what is the minimum speed rate of your netwrk in urban area and what speed we get. People do complain over complain and your customer care person dont know anything. So who will be responsible. If it seems like that then a lot of customer will shift to any other network Mind it

    @JioCare Our 1st JIO fibre complaint was on 15th June. Express complaint was filed again on 18th June. And when followed up today for updates, they say the issue has been resolved and there is no active complaint. After almost 6D of inconvenience, this is the response. PATHETIC.
