    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare Iam paying 449 Rs and getting 3g, network most of the time. Already complaints 100 times regarding network fluctuating problem but no improvement finally decided to port out to @JioCare . Don't call me vi for harrasment you cannot change my mind now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why is JioFiber advertising 4k settopbox but providing 1080p settopbox ? On talking to service manager he says. "We have orders from top to fool customers like this as very few people know the difference between HD & 4K" and noone complaints.

    @airtelindia being a Airtel user. I raise a request to airtel team couple of days back but airtel team don't have time to check or address that issue. I am completely no happy with this kind of service. Rather @reliancejio service is very good as atleast they address the issue

    @itsborno @JioCare Did your issue got fixed? They also did it to mine and didn't fixed for like months I highly recommend switching to airtel it's better

    @airtelindia I had activated 2 mnths of IR for 2.5k per month and the bill now is more than 20k. I am planning to migrate from postpaid to prepaid but these store, cx care guys have no idea and can't help me. Hope @reliancejio ll take over airtel who is good at daylight robbery.
