    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare really disappointed with the service. Ordered a new SIM 48 hours ago after being promised 24-hour delivery, still no update. Delivery agent’s phone is switched off. First call kept me on hold 13 mins then disconnected, second attempt no response. Really frustrating.

    @JioCare This is the same generic response again without any clear ETA. My service has been down for more than 2 days. Please provide a definite resolution time (date & time), not just “earliest”. Kindly escalate this to the concerned team and confirm.

    @JioCare Nah. This is still not fixed. Why are we not sending your best engineers to find the root cause. What is the point of taking your service if all the time customer has to be behind you. Such a bad experience. I am parallelly checking with Airtel as well. I am frustrated now

    @JioCare i have raise the complain yesterday for my jio fiber connection issue, as engineer visit was scheduled for today to fix that but after multiple calls that didn’t happen today and just received an update that appointment has been fixed for tomorrow,this is not good.
