    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    Network coverage was not too good. Internet and calls having problem from the past 1 week. Please look into this matter @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India As soon as possible.

    @JioCare Issue here is not resolution but refund because you didn't address the issue didn't lock the complaint. Now refuse to refund for services not provided.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My services are really slow since three days and now it's completely down...I spoke to the customer care they are like services are down jn my area. I use a prepaid service...how can I get compensated because right now i feel cheated.

    Extremely dissatisfied with @JioCare. Your service is prompt to sell a service but not to refund money or take the set top box and wifi switch. @JioCare will you expedite this or continue troubling customers? #unhappy bad customer service!

    @reliancejio @JioCare For last 15 days. Jio is experiencing worst network issue. 99 percent of time , call are not connected and internet doesn't work. Kindly look into it. Location: Kanpur , especially jajmau area pincode 208007
