    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare very pathiyeche 4g network service in our area last one year.last one year more than ten time complaint jio customer care but every time they told temporary problem.Area -Saluka, Kolaghat,purba Medinipur, West Bengal,721130.

    @reliancejio @NetflixIndia More than 24hrs and still no contact from Jio Care. All my important messages and phones are not getti g reached. My banking transactions are blocked due to this. Full Network Signal but not able to make calls / messages

    Seems i the only foolish person having your services.  Pathetic jio this is not expected at all.@reliancegroup @reliancejio even after a month your team is not capable to solve the issues.

    @reliancejio your customer care executive has been very rude to me. I was vocally abused by them and later on said that we wont help you out. We don't help our postpaid customer and specifically you. @TRAI can we take some action against the service provider.

    @JioCare Vodafone is automatically connected to local network and I can still use those networks
