    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 2 months and still no resolution! Every time your team gives the same reply “it will be resolved soon” — but how long should customers wait? Raised multiple complaints, yet no solution. Do you think we are मजबूर to use your SIM? Fix this ASAP!

    @JioCare +91 70139 76180 Vechem Raja sai krishna came and fixed but he is threatening me that shift to Airfiber otherwise next time complaint will not be done what is this behaviour? Are you threatening the customers?

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !
