    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare This visits are postponing everyday, as of now no one visited to my place. Initially one of your tech told me that this is going to takes week or 10 days as new box will be installed. Can u get my booking cancel from ur end.

    @JioCare Thankyou it is resolved, really appreciate and it's a humble request to make your customer service better. To be more specific the toll free number 1800 896 999. Some day you try to call on this number then you will understand what I am speaking about.

    It's been almost 3hrs of complaint registered and still no engineer visited my home. Dear @JioCare admit it your service in my area is pathetic and your service providers are unproffesional.
