It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@JioCare very bad and worsed backend service. I applied for jio e sim on 23rd nov still pending not able to activate. Do u know why finger print scaner is not working. Bullsit service bas mere ground floor par iss ka hi network h. Mazaburi. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio My experience in the last one week is horrible. My no was inactive for more than a year. I recharged it and lt was successful. But I had got no success message. I checked with helpline and got to know that my old no is allocated to someone else and the same is active account
