    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare i have not received any update on my refund of security fee for a jio fiber connection your company refused to install. It's been more than 21 days since it's been pending. Your IVRS customer care is absolutely useless. Check DM for details.

    1/3 @reliancejio Jiofiber number +91-3379627569 Your incompatible technicians have visited my premises twice and rendered my wifi issue unsolvable. Any device i connect automatically goes to the block list . I am not being able to do my work,due to which,I am not being paid.
