It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@reliancejio Very bad experience from Jio Customer Support. I have been looking for help from jio more than a month but still no proper response & resolution. My issue is related to Jio Fiber setup box. I haven't received any call from them.

@JioCare I m waiting since 27 August , not a single call from your side , what kind of services you provide to your customer . I continued my services if my problem is solved with in an hour or any call from the engineer .. otherwise i have no other option to left your all services. 😡😡
