    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare Issue is not with my address. The same issue I have faced in INA market in Delhi and Now I am facing in Chennai. I mostly surf net through wifi and never realized that jio service has become so poor. I am now thinking of porting it.

    @JioCare @jioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹760 for a 1-month plan, and the MyJio app clearly showed 1-month validity. Why was my service stopped after just 7 days, and why are you now showing ₹775.21 as outstanding? Please check the issue properly and restore my service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked a new JioFiber connection and an installation appointment was scheduled with an engineer allotted, but nobody turned up. When I tweeted earlier, you asked me to share my contact number in DM stating you would call, but there has been zero resolution
