It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@JioCare keeps telling me my Jio Fiber will work again soon. They have raised a service request for me. Yet my Jio Fiber is still down. And my Jio data keeps getting used. No word of compensation. Over 26 hrs of wifi down. has to be a record COMPENSATE ME JIO #jiosucks #Jiodown
