    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare My internet for fixed line number +912235524050 is not working since last 36 hours , I have tried your pathetic customer care multiple times however every time engineer’s visit is being scheduled and I am getting message for cancellation saying society approval required.

    Seems lyk @reliancejio has takn oath 2 disgruntle their customers. An entire locality of Chandain Pajan has been deprived of basic mobile calling facility let alone internet access. Despite repeated requests 2 mend the service jio won't hear.

    @JioCare increase data prices, keep setting example of worst service provider. Jio has failed India. Worst internet speed. Airtel is charging hefty amount but at least they are giving services up to the expectations.

    @JioCare Got call from technician. Understand that proposal was new connection and not replacement of present router. Old connection would be surrendered and will be a nuisance. Told him to let existing connection continue. Changing ISP would be easier if it gives problems. Thanks
