    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELLED AN INSTALLATION REQUEST AS JIO FAILED TO SEND TECHNICIAN ON MULTIPLE COMMITED APPOINTMENTS , STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND AFTER 10 DAYS. DON'T GO FOR JIO FIBER IN PUNE AS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HARASS!!

    @reliancejio It is unfortunate to inform that the jio service @Nabarangpur is very pathetic. Nobody is listening. The internet speed is almost zero. If you call customer care they have made a common answer, we are sorry. There is no option to talk with a executive. Horrible
