It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

Jio customer care does not know what they suppose to do while asking for help. I am facing one issue with Jiofi, so I do couple of troubleshooting myself, basic stuff like reset, checking sim in other mobile, setting other sim in jiofi etc. @JioCare @reliancejio
