It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@JioCare Have been facing an ongoing issue with internet via jio fiber for last 5 days. The complaint gets resolved by itself in your system, without providing actual resolution. Latest service request - SR000016NCMU. Absolutely pathetic service !!

@reliancejio @JioCare have paid ₹20,000 for 300mbps and after getting 50mbps the advisor is saying this is “good enough” and it’s “up to 300 and not 300”. This is the quality service given? Shameful behaviour by Jio. #disgusting
