    Network coverage was not too good. Internet and calls having problem from the past 1 week. Please look into this matter @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India As soon as possible.

    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @reliancejio Network problem is very very weak and no internet facility at my location. I have complaint so many times but no result so far. Such a pathetic service. Town Babrala Distt Sambhal (U.P)

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates wonder why to believe Reliance group or they just say ethics for customer grab? Jio is not really allowing to Jio Employee misbehave, they are busy than Reliance CEO Service has issues, quality is no where to mark #jio

    @JioCare Working to Resolve this promptly. @JioCare it's already 2 weeks now. I lost all hope that service will resume. Till date no one from fault team have called. Daily ticket will be assigned with engineer automatically and end of the day ur team change to hold.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India if this is how the customers are to be treated, why not make AI your CEO, porting to @reliancejio if they don't have same inconveniences, jio users let me know if there are similar issues. I was looking for a wifi plan, they booked it out of nowhere.

    @reliancejio @JioCare never order a jio sim for home delivery if you need it urgent more than 72 hours to go I am still waiting for my sim to be delivered CS is pathetic giving only bookmarked replies, third class telecom service on the name of convenience.

    Can Jio network ever work properly? Customers are being looted in the name of 5G. Once you recharge, the network may or may not work, no one is listening. Money is being extorted by fooling the rural people. Is this Jio network? @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Sitapur
