It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@JioCare we have paid for Intnl roaming for Canada in Jan. Then after we did top up & enjoyed best service from JIO. We did top up again in 23rd March but it is not working. We expect immediate action from JIO. Since 3 days, JIO is passing the time. JIO whatsapp is not helpful.

@reliancejio Jio's SIM swap facility is not available everywhere, only the facility is available at the store to get the SIM swap of rural people have to go from 60 km to 100 km. This Jio policy is very bad. Due to which people have to face trouble.
