    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @reliancejio Network problem is very very weak and no internet facility at my location. I have complaint so many times but no result so far. Such a pathetic service. Town Babrala Distt Sambhal (U.P)

    I have a jio fibre connection and it is not working and yesterday I made a complaint at jio customer care they said that it will be done today by 9.00 am and at morning i got the message that enginer will visit today at 5 pm so please look at this matter @JioCare @RelianceJioCare

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio - although the package and set up of fibre is interesting, I had raised issue twice in the last 10days, post my first installation for net issues. Can you plz fix this? The engineer seemed reluctant to come today.

    Whenever there is loadsheding in my area, @airtelindia turns off network connection. This happens with everyone here. We can not call and can not use internet at this time. Fed up with airtel. We are thinking of a mass port out to @reliancejio.
