    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare as usual internet not working since morning, this issue has now happened for the 2nd time in 10 days. Absolutely pathetic service. Request ID - SR000015TU14. You guys wont even let us work in peace.

    @JioCare Internet Down of @reliancejio NETWORK from 18-July 7.00 PM till now at Near Mahesh Park, Tulinj Road, Nalasopara-E, Palghar -401209 . Airtel Data 4G @airtelindia still running Smoothly ...don't know it will continue or it will also turned off

    @JioCare hello jio, please install jio fiber at my home, in rewa madhya pradesh, they are saying we can't install as currently there is not connection available in your location. But sir it's present in near by locations. Please help.

    @JioCare Jio said my connection can't be relocated to my new address (which is just 2.5 km from my old address) as "Jio's services has not yet started in the location you are moving to" When I asked them to close my connection and provide me with a service request, they stopped replying

    @reliancejio Your technician behaviour is very bad. They are charging extra Rs 300 for wire in New connection of jio Fiber. When I enquired from technician why u r taking Rs 300 extra they threat that I wll disconnect the connection. Please look forward.
