It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care. Call gets disconnected after 5 minutes. No clear resolution wastage of time. So poor service. I think I should switch to Airtel as service provider.

@JioCare Why is SR00001EX7LF being marked as resolved without actual resolution? Why does your team mark the issue as resolved without confirmation from the consumer? Why do you expect customer to call back to report false resolution? Is customer paying you for this?

@JioCare I am very disappointed with Jio service, I have added one family member and now customer care is saying that we have to wait for 24 hours to get this activated, worst part is the member service are currently stopped(No call). Do you really think we should wait for 24h

@JioCare what kind of fraud jio fiber is running. Without having network line your field executive took connection request and took customer money for 6 month plan and after that everyone is invisible customer care having no clue to refund my money. Connection NO0000NDFDD0

@JioCare once again the Internet is down. Contacted the Customer Service who makes up stories that an engineer visited my location when at that time I had not even requested for one. When asking for details, they said they cannot share any details.
