Edison Xavier (@guruedison) reported@JioCare The engineer did not visit within the scheduled time (7 PM–8 PM). The app now says, "We regret the delay." My internet has been down for 6 days, and my wife's work has been affected. Please assign another engineer tonight or as the first priority tomorrow morning.
