@reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

@JioCare Which took 1 week to get and after that it took 1 more week to get my green sim and it is going to be 2 weeks my sim has no network and JIO officer is not picking up my call, I keep facing this issue even though I am an ex-employee

@JioCare @reliancejio I could just get the reference number which is MR00016KPEYE And name of representative “Nikhil Kumar”. Agent was so rude that he didn’t transfer the call to his supervisor and was arguing with no reason and didn’t raise the request.

@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic support from you guys. Customers care representative was so rude that he even didn’t raise the service request because he couldn’t see issue on his end. The issues has been going on from past 2 years and no team ever came onsite to look into this.

@JioCare @reliancejio you guys have largest customer base across the country that doesn’t mean you guys can do whatever **** you want and don’t think about customers. You should train them basics customer handling skills. And I am hoping someone can look into my issue.
