I have recharged in advance because I have to update my mobile. Previous plan is not expired yet and data is also not used, I have saved that for this purpose. But @reliancejio is cheating with me and that rest is not working while I have not actived new plan. @TRAI

1&1/2 year back i complained to @JioCare customer care so many times regarding Network and internet speed issue. The answer i got from your side all the time is... Too many users in your area. Now i shifted to another network and kept your jio as second option.
