    The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have purchased a jiofi device for better internet access. But now i wish to return my jiofi because of poor internet speed. I had to take other operator plan despite having 3gb perday plan because of this poor connectivity. #poornetwork #jioservices

    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.

    @JioCare Dear #Ambanis, I'm going to file a case in consumer court. Enough is enough. Your never ending one month is hampering my online work. Thrice a week your network goes off. Your team also remains unresponsive. Why sud i recharge when I can't use ur service??

    Very disappointed with JioFiber⁠ services. My internet has been down for the last 7 days. No engineer has visited, no proper response on complaints or emails, . We already paid for a 3-month subscription and now left with no solution. Very bad experience.@JioCare @reliancejio
