    The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

    @reliancejio your internet service is very very poor since 15+ days at my location. I have complaint 4-5 times to @JioCare for the same but didn't resolve this. My location is Amargarh, Pratapgarh India. @jio please resolve ASAP.

    @reliancejio there is no network in Dharwali,mahad, Maharashtra. There is tower near 2 km but no calling and internet network. I complaint but they're not able to solve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why is it necessary to have a set-top box to get the benefits of OOT platforms that comes with my fiber plan? Why am I not able to use the benefits through my mobile apps? Only amazon prime get renewed ph mobile app no other apps. Kindly fix it.
