@JioCare @reliancejio I have purchased a jiofi device for better internet access. But now i wish to return my jiofi because of poor internet speed. I had to take other operator plan despite having 3gb perday plan because of this poor connectivity. #poornetwork #jioservices

The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

@JioCare I got a call from 9532538280 abt 11 am, he said there is a line damage in my area. He'll come in the evening. I confirmed from my neighbours, who have connections with the same DP, internet working at their home. Your guy just lied about it and delayed for no reason. Unexpected
