Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

After 4.5 days of delay, all my SRs were cancelled, yet you claim “no delay.” Then why was I repeatedly pleading on X for resolution? This is a data add-on pack, not a calling plan. Please help me with a reversal/cancellation so I can recharge the correct plan. Kindly assist.
