  @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

  @JioCare how do you close the complain without attending it? Jio fibre network has problems since long but nobody bother to attend. Every time we register complaint it closes automatically in few days.

  @JioCare Facing persistent false 5G / severe network degradation in Kadarpur (near CRPF Camp, Sector 63, Gurugram - 122102). Speeds are unusable and dropping to 4G despite full 5G coverage claims. Please check local tower congestion and resolve this immediately. @reliancejio

  @JioCare You now say the service request will be actioned tomorrow 23 Aug? So what exactly will you provide? Our requirement was Internet in our bedrooms because there is a black spot. What does the service request say?? Will you send mesh extenders? Please clarify.

  @JioCare I am sorry that I missed the call. please call me back or please give me a time frame within which the issue should be resolved. Just escalating doesnt help as you guys have been escalating abortively for last 2 weeks.
