  @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

  Dear @JioCare/@reliancejio : Are you saying that after over two weeks of back-and-forth with countless exchanges, you still don’t have access to something as elementary as the customer’s mobile number? What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I would like to draw your attention that the service team in Chennai are most reckless and irresponsible. Customers have to keep waiting for these useless service team for hours. Appointment fixed keeps changing. Please address this asap.
