  @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

  This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.   Finally cancelling @reliancejio after 3 months of a traumatic and exhausting nightmare. Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.
