    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    @JioCare Here you people telling me how to pay its been 4 year i am paying bill so need to tell how to pay. Address the real complaint why i need to pay twice while already paid while changed plan . Plan is not for 10 days it is for the month then why thare is outstanding again??

    @JioCare @JioCare Your support is trapped in a loop: Call customer care → "Check the app." Open the app → "Assigning an engineer." Repeat. No updates, no engineer, no accountability. Over 2 days without internet. Is this the customer experience Jio is proud of? @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @_elcoholic @theprinceraj @reliancejio no you are misinformed.. it’s nothing to do with airtel app. Those who says this have zero knowledge how network works. Airtel and all other telecom operators globally do this and the hotspot detection happens at the network level using TTL Values.

    @JioCare You guys don’t have sufficient team on ground, JIO employee here told that too many complaints are pending it may take 2 - 3 days for my issue to be resolved, It’s my mistake that I recharged for a half yearly plan yesterday, refund it, cancel the connection, close the matter

    Dear @JioCare, Today I received an unsolicited call from an unknown number. The caller already knew my alternate contact number linked to my Jio account and asked about my network experience. This is deeply concerning. I never shared my alternate number with that caller. Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls? If this is how customer data is handled, I'll seriously consider porting my number to another operator. #PrivacyMatters #DataPrivacy
