    @Airtel_Presence Dear Maninder, it's very annoying. I can see the network is full but internet speed is like 2G and this happening in all my airtel numbers. If you can't fix it within 48 hour's, surely I will port all 3 airtel number to @JioCare Hope you understand my concern.

    @JioCare I haven't received any follow up call or updates to fix the issue (Plan Rs999 with Subscription, OTT apps not working on TV). Jio CustomerCare is NOT supportive in resolving this issue and asking to Buy SetTopBox for another 1000Rs. DMed the details.

    @JioCare terrible experience with your customer support. Jio Fibre is down now second time this month and it has been 48 hours . Customer support provides appointment slots and no one shows up. I am regretting the switch from Airtel to your service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My order number is NO0000GND8YR My order of Jio Fiber was Cancelled by service engineer. I had paid my money on 3rd March. Its been 22 days since then and yet no money was refunded. I will report a consumer complaint if my money not delivered in 24 hrs .
