@JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

@JioCare Calling the no. attached in the message is pretty useless. Cannot speak to a normal service call center. This is by far one hell of a disappointment from Jio. The engineer extracted money (security deposit) but no intimation till now about setting up.
