    @JioCare @reliancejio My postpaid number has been disconnected and now JIO Customer Service has informed me that it cannot be re activated . Can I ask why ? Why can't I have my original number back when it isn't resold to another customer ?

    Hello Team Jio, I am immensly disappointed with the service you are providing to you your user and i am going to file a complaint in consumer court and with TRI that we are paying for 4 g speed and today I am not even to recieve call or make call 8077753154 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Today, when I contacted support again, the agent (Suma) disconnected my call without providing any resolution and redirected me to feedback instead of assisting. Additionally, the local engineer’s behavior has been extremely unprofessional and rude. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. New connection (just 8-9 days old and under trial period) has been down for 7 days for Fixed Voice No. 91-5123134265. Complaint SR0000345F7F registered on 21 Apr still unresolved despite repeated calls and follow-ups.

    @JioCare Tracking is not the issue. A service request was raised yesterday and closed today without any resolution. I had to reopen it again manually. Stop redirecting to tracking and resolve this. The technician already confirmed router replacement, collected OTP, and never returned.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Fiber down since 2days, False 30 min resolution promise, no fix. Issue . We pay on time but get no service. Unable to talk to executive or raise complaint. Resolve urgently or I escalate legally.

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @JioCare This is outright unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Order placed on 26th March for same-day delivery. Today is 9th April — no delivery, NO refund, and zero accountability. You’ve taken my money and failed to provide the service.
