  In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

  @reliancejio A retailer provide sim activation recharge mnp etc but jio not give them the swap power just think when a jio customar lost his sim why he have to go jio store ..... Why jio dont give them the power of sim replacement... In a rural area we face this problem ...

  @JioMart @RelianceSmart @JioCare I have an issue with jiomart order which is unresolved for more than 1 week. e-com site is total fraud - no one answer properly. Not even able to cancel the order which is still not delivered.

  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio , Love the way you guys have trained and made your customer support executive and system to automatically close any calls before it even starts to connect. Why not have no #CustomerService at all, instead of creating these fake system.
