    In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

    @manukumarjain First thing, need to remove 4G wording next to Jio logo. Make it sense, if network works on 4G then Jio 4G. if network works on 5G then Jio 5G @reliancejio @JioCare #Jio #OnJio

    @sandipsabharwal @JioCare So atlast all are same, whether it's Airtel or Jio.. doesn't matter.. take customer for granted.. pathetic guys.. have some basic ethics to serve then automatically customer wil come to u..no need to beg in front of customers..

    @sandipsabharwal @JioCare Have Jio connection from more than 2 years. Gotta admit, it never failed. Touchwood. Try local ISP guys also. They are usually prompt in service.

    @sandipsabharwal @JioCare On the contrary in Kolkata registered for Jio fiber The installation guy came within an hour Had to send him back for some reason though Probably a branch level issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I have recharged in wrong account with Rs. 666 and when I called customer care number they are saying request can't be raised for teh same. Please help
