It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

Bad service, frequent internet disconnections, false commitments, no technicians turns up even after raising a complaint, no internet coverage in a 1bhk. I guess all these reasons are enough.
