    @reliancejio You guys stop making money untill you cannot provide services and speed, it's very difficult to browse data from your network. I complained many times but customer care stated me it will not get fixed

    Asking for help for the first time. While installing @reliancejio fibre, do we need to give extra fees for cable that comes from a 30/40 m distance from the pole.

    @reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

    @VodafoneIN what the hell is wrong with up east circle i call many time on your customer care for complaint but they never reply well its better to go with @reliancejio i need solution not fake promises reply asap otherwise you losse your valuable customer

    @JioCare @RahulBhasin17 I never port to Jio, because whose father dream was to talk free on all mobile networks jio charges for talking on other network. So shame on Jio. I have port my 4 no from Jio to Airtel. So thanks a lot

    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    @JioCare Pathetic jio service, extra platform charges are added even after denial of service, my stmt # 443011517637. I called 3 times on the issue, they did not care about my issue, they were arrogant and rude. At least tell me the steps to cancel the jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare I’m honestly surprised that you need a “social media escalation team” for something this basic. When we escalate, we simply do it—we don’t ask the customer to repeat everything again over DMs. The order number and service request number are already in the tweet. Why can’t you pull the details from your own system, escalate it internally, and get it resolved? For something as simple as a SIM card—where KYC, payment, and verification are all completed online—it’s frustrating that customers are still forced to chase support through social media. Is this really the kind of process your company stands by?
