@reliancejio You guys stop making money untill you cannot provide services and speed, it's very difficult to browse data from your network. I complained many times but customer care stated me it will not get fixed

@JioCare As I already mentioned earlier that the issue occur everytime when there is a power cut at our locality. The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber connection no-5327960197...since last 15 days speed is b/w 20-30mbps..complained so many time still nothing improved...pls update my router(dual band router)..i hope jio fiber team will resolve issue..

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

Its been a month since the network of @JioCare 4G has become from bad to worse in my area, I have never experience such low quality of Internet Connectivity issue. First @reliancejio should work on its wrecked 4G Network before launching #jio5g

In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

@DoT_India @JioCare There is long standing complaint of villagers of my village Surajpur District Mau U.P. about the poor connectivity and frequent call drop of Jio users. It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

@JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

@JioCare @reliancejio I recharged for ₹2599 which will be expiring on 7 June 2022, I believe this plan comes with a 1 year subscription of Disney+Hotstar. But sadly now I could not view live matches or movies as it asked me to subscribe again. Kindly fix the issue @DisneyPlusHS
