Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. You can’t lodge complain since automated machine won’t let you bypass. Since no complain no. you can’t track and they don’t report delay anywhere.

Sai smruti Tripathy (@canophilist_008) reportedMy relocation request was raised on 28 June, and I selected 29 June as the preferred installation date. Despite repeated follow-ups, the relocation has still not been completed. I have received multiple emails regarding delays and now a new service request (SR00003ADVD1) has been generated instead of resolving the issue. I request Jio to complete the relocation immediately and provide a definite timeline. If the issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. @JioCare @reliancejio
