Place where I am sitting right now receiving 1 signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will not be in use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

Hi Jio, @JioCare @reliancejio I had visited our Jio store located at Andheri west, near station, opposite Paneri shop. I wanted to port my current number to Jio, but your service agent was so absent minded and inefficient he gave me new postpaid jio connection instead.

@JioCare I am using 1 postpaid and 1 prepaid. Out of which postpaid performance is 3rd class. Callers always complaint about showing out of coverage or switched off. Wifi calling is also very bad. Performance of pre paid is slightly better. Will switch to Airtel

Isn't it a duty of mobile service provider to ensure uninterrupted service to prepaid customers? @DoT_India @TRAI @relianceJio Why shud any company use prepaid amount as leverage against subscriber porting out? If it can't live upto promise, it shud b compelled 2 refund money
