  @reliancejio @JioCare - what is the use of having a #JioFiber internet connection of it becomes as slow as a 90s Dial-up internet connection? We see blazing fast speed during day and then at 7 PM the speed goes from 100mbps to < 10mbps. Scale the network please.

  @JioCare Everytime I am getting same answer from escalation team that we have escalated your issue and you will get solution by end of the day. Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.

  @JioCare .@JioCare No one has come to resolve the issue. I’ve paid for the service, yet I’ve been without internet for over a week. Will I be getting a refund for the days I couldn’t use the service? You’ve wasted both my money and my time. By far the worst broadband service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have not yet received the 349 rs that I paid for the sim in June 23 or 24th that never arrived. While I cancelled the request via your team and they said it will be refunded n yet still I am yet to get that money back

  Shockingly, fore about 40 hours our Jio Air Fiber Internet is down. Even after 10 calls to Jio care, no technician has come. By now three different technicians have been assigned. Now a new technician slot after 20 hours has been assigned. #shameful @JioCare
