    Place where I am sitting right now receiving 1 signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will not be in use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s now been 42+ hours with no JioFiber service -despite this being fully paid for till September. No SLA commitment, no restoration timeline, and zero accountability. How is this acceptable? When will service actually be restored, and what compensation will be provided?

    @JioCare dear sir internet connection very very slow mostly evening time from 5pm to 11pm . In this time web page not open due internet slow.. this condition in 4G network...and 5G network not connecting properly....but customer paying recharge for 5G network.

    @Airtel @JioCare provide seamless support. Why can’t @BSNLCorporate match that standard? My parents (65+) live in a village with rising crime. Police advise installing CCTV cameras. I CANNOT install cameras because BSNL won’t fix a basic internet connection.😤 #BSNL #DigitalIndia

    @JioCare since raising complaint regarding of frequent disconnection of jio fiberquite often there is no response from jiocare & any service person, very very very poor service from jio, my request no SR000034454P, help us to restore connection immediately, if not disconnect it

    @JioCare I told airfiber max is not suitable for my location, your Engineer only said this & still scheduling the installation, please cancel it and process my refund asap. It already took a lot time. @JioCare @reliancejio Do this in high priority.
