    @JioCare Ohh then fine...but please solve the problem where our whole village people are facing...i am the only one from my villahe whos asked you via twitter on behalf of them.if we need to talk in mobile with someone we have to go upstairs. so please solve the problem by providing tower

    @ankur_vpn @airtelindia @reliancejio @jio Already escalated this issue in July for same location.. Got a government statement from Airtel :"Team is working on tower upgrade.. Will take time.. Hope same statement will not be repeated.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I need urgent help with my broken internet connection. It's been over a month with zero resolution. 🔴 My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area — and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. 🔴 I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. 🔴 First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. 🔴 We have 4 Jio users in our house — none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. What's the point of paying for a 5G plan when I can't even use basic internet? Please fix this on priority. This is unacceptable for a paying customer. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue #ReplyJio

    Dear @JioCare, during rains in Raghumandal Sayer, 5G stops working immediately. Also, your local tower gives barely 3 hours of battery backup. Fix this permanently, or I will be forced to port my number to Airtel. DM me.

    Complete blackout from @JioCare @reliancejio! Relocation request raised, services shut down, but zero communication. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach a real customer executive. Just automated loops and fake promises. Worst relocation experience ever. #JioFiber

    @wolfden13x @JioCare All I get to hear from them is everything is good at the backend. And basic troubleshooting like I'm unaware as to how you do that!! 16th June se chal raha hai yeh and zero resolution. I've paid annual plan re or else I would change.

    @JioCare really what a wonderful experience you are providing. Wow I can't imagine what different experience would have been given. if this was a monthly billed customer. You are just taking a customer for granted who has already paid in advance.
