I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. Engineer appointed yesterday to come at 19:00-20:00 hrs but instead of coming misbehaved. Again call scheduled for today and engineer says will not come as it's not his area. Kindly look into it.
