After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Yesterday in Mum or atleast in some parts there was scheduled maintenance related to Broadband and it was down for almost 9-10 hrs starting 12 noon, can't believe with majority WFH long hrs of maintenance was carried on a weekday. Why not weekends or night time?

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.
