@reliancejio just heard lovely music waiting for your customer care to get back on the phone and solve my issues with my jio no. And after 25 mins of waiting the call gets disconnected. Is this what you call customer care? Sad and frankly very unprofessional.

@reliancejio Out of 7 days, it's like 6 days your internet speed remains slow? It's this the 4G , India was expecting? I have been complained many times about the poor reception since long. The only reply I get is- sir you stay in high rise building area, we cannot stop anything!

@JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

@JioCare Ur technician had called to close the ticket and I had asked him to keep it open till Monday so that I can monitor internet issue. He said he will keep it open. But his master supervisor forced him to close it. I wasn't given a call to inform that the ticket is being closed.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my pincode is 522613 & am from #gangalakunta in it .in my village we have a jio network tower also but far from 2 months we not get atleast browing speed data alsoo at max time .so gonna think to shift to another network if u not solve in couple of days
