    @JioCare worst network and conectivity in old dli.sply in sadar bazar dli 6.made numerous compl everytime copy paste answ and assurance...sad and pathatic customer care..and now charging fr outgoing cals..cheating again.

    @reliancejio we had recharged to get all calls free and suddenly it is chargeable now if the internet pack expired it must be allowed to use the balance without worrying about the validity as it was earlier. @TRAI pls do something on this as i never use jio net it never works

    @JioCare @JioCare. Its been more than 36 hours now and still no engineer has turned up for resolution. Nor is there any communication from Jiocare. Customer executive tells me to wait indefinitely as they have no clue what to do. Totally frustrating. I will have to consider moving out
