Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. While raising a request, the selected the earliest slot available, but it scheduled a slot 4 days later. You can get a new connection in a couple of hours. But you need to wait 4 days for resolving an issue. Pathetic service.
