    @JioCare JIO are non serious and FECKLESS customer care. I already planning to port my JIO connections once their current validity over. 5 months internet problem is still not resolve and sending fake resolving message by JIO

    Hello @JioCare I have a Jio-Fi gadget that was purchased and used in Jharkhand state and now I'm shifted to Odisha state but there is no network at all, even after staying in a network reachable area. Other Jio SIM have the network in the same area. My no. 6201252826 solve it...

    @JioCare Still how much more time you want to investigate. Why u have posted Jio Auto Pay offer, if the company doesn't know whether to provide offer to customer or not. How much long you require to investigate? Very Unprofessional Jio Team
