    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur network has become so worst that i cannot even call customer care to complain, due to frequent loss in data & voice connectivity. I need this problem to b solved immediately else will port out as its more than a month im facing issues with ur network

    @JioCare Wow, your guys come with STB, connect to my TV, then realize its not tagged to some process of urs and take it back. So I continue to lose money and u guys care a damn Ur inefficiency continues to amaze me.

    Also in these covid times the technician entered the home without a mask we didn't say anything initially out of courtesy but clearly shows there is no care of customer safety as well @JioCare @reliancejio
