Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Also plz don't reply that we are working on it & it's due to many people are using Internet on same time and all . If this is the issue , then you better should shut down your company and work on the quality first. Cause we users want what we are paying for ! @JioCare

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio I bought Jio-fi and as per company speed is 150 Mbps but I am getting less than 10 Mbps speed. I connect my desktop with jio-fi directly using USB cable. Very poor service and you are selling jio-fi with false commitment.

@JioCare internet keeps on going down. Frequently. Red light stays constant after blinking for few seconds before rebooting. 20 sec plug out reboot also performed, still not change.

@SunRisers @reliancejio Never buy. I bought Jio-fi and as per company speed is 150 Mbps but I am getting less than 10 Mbps. Contacted help support they said too many users accessing the internet in your area that's why speed is too slow. I connect only one device with jio-fi.
