Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Hi Team, @reliancejio @JioFibre Due to informing that, We are facing Jio Fibre internet connectivity issue for past 3 days. We called on customer care & agent as well. but no one is responding also we checked in the connectivity room. so someone cut the Fibre cable so in our
