    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    @JioCare You are trying to say that in cities like delhi mumbai kolkata pune etc your internet services are not going to work as there are number of users using internet at same time. Don't give kiddish justifications. Internet is down for almost whole day.

    @prajjwal_mshr I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Reminder who ll pay for the lost days when internet was not working n i had paid. I had to followup daily for more than one n half month to get it fixed. Shame on u n ur team for such an unprofessional behaviour

    @srswain002 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @reliancejio JIO FIBER # 400127903147 More than 15 days now but haven't received the refund amount. I have sent all the details over the email multiple times but your pathetic customer service team is just useless.
