Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

@JioCare your customer care executives have cut my call atleast 5 times on my face , neither have they helped me with my problem nor they had the decency to guide me through the next step. Please give trainings and basic etiquettes to your customer care people. Disappointed

@JioCare Obviously you need someone smarter (withat least 2 digit IQ) to read and understand the content of the message. I have listed 2 Jio numbers in the message. One was the sender of the message and the other was the one I was asked to call. I am not a Jio subscriber & never will be.

@_gtechnologies @JioCare Same with me. I am also stuck ny giving them 2800rs and no one coming for installation. Just sending rescheduling message saying that i requested for rescheduling. Very poor service.
