    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Also plz don't reply that we are working on it & it's due to many people are using Internet on same time and all . If this is the issue , then you better should shut down your company and work on the quality first. Cause we users want what we are paying for ! @JioCare

    @JioCare Network is very poor. 5 years ago, i was using Jio but due to poor network i switched my number to other network. Now, in last month again i switched to jio but situation is still unchanged. Very poor service by jio team.👎👎

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio facing internet slowness issue from past few days. I'm using Jio postpaid, facing this issue both at my home and office. Speed doesn't cross more then 15mbps which I use to get 40mbps+ earlier. Please have this resolved!

    It's not fair to degrade Existing quality of 4G spectrum to force customer to switch to 5G. When 4G was launched, quality of 3G was disrupted.. @reliancejio @airtelindia 😣🤬
