Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@JioCare Is this the service you provide to your customers. If the executive can't get the fibre installed on time then why do they commit for the installation. I have takena 2 day holiday just because the fibre was not installed. Now who will compensate me for this inconvenience
