    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Also plz don't reply that we are working on it & it's due to many people are using Internet on same time and all . If this is the issue , then you better should shut down your company and work on the quality first. Cause we users want what we are paying for ! @JioCare

    @rishabg04 @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Sir, I also have been facing the same problem and from last 3 to 4 days these cheats are just trying to delay things on purpose. I have already complained on consumer affairs portal would suggest you the same and keep your tweet open with updates.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5G works outside my house, but inside there's almost no signal. 4G is very slow, 5G disappears, and calls also have issues. Usually only 1–2 bars. Why pay for a 5G recharge if I can't use it at home? Please fix the indoor coverage.

    The issue is not just today's outage. Since installation, I have been receiving repeated "temporary service interruption" messages & losing connectivity for 4-4hrs every day. As paying customer, I am not receiving the service I am being billed for @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio 10 days still no resolution. Service fluctuations remain, every time 4 hours excuse. If your team is unable to fix, please assign that can. Customers deserve accountability. Even customer care is unreachable only a recorded voice on repeat.
