@JioCare and here you people are keep charging in postpaid bills. If you are not allowing calls on 28 Day pack plan then please don’t charge anything where user’s are not getting service due to any reason. In my case from last 1 month I am facing this

@JioCare The technician who came home also could not fix the problem.He refused to accept the fact that the issue still persists,since he could not solve it,he said its done and theres no problem !!!!

I just recharged my alternate @reliancejio number for some usuage of High Speed internet, after using I realised it took 1hr to download 300mb !! I feel Better to avoid jio or any of service ,cant see are they fastest or faster compare to bsnl dialup !!

@JioCare From last 1 month I am facing internet connectivity issue and support team just keep saying that since there is sudden spike in user’s. So that’s why I am facing this and they also said team is working on this to resolve this but there is update from last 1 month. Part 1

Heh @JioCare , I have been trying to open my twitter account since two days through my mobile number but it is showing the message of 'not supported by the operator'. I don't remember my email id associated with it. I have been trying hard but the issue doesn't seem to resolve.

@JioCare I am facing an issue with my Prime subscription from 11th dec,There are close to 4 tickets raised,out of which 2 are closed without any solution. You will never bother to call me , every time I call the customer care a new ticket is raised with 72 hrs time for resolution
