    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    @JioCare Hi, I have been facing your apathetic customer care team for last 5 days. My Jio Fibre service stopped working for the 3rd time in last 40 days. Last 2 times, they rectified in a day or 2. This time, it's been 5 days and even with regular calls, no resolution

    @JioCare Mannn there is no end to your harrassment, now my account will be deactivated and earlier your customer service call attendent told i can reactivate it just by recharge and now your attendent is saying that it will be not and i have to BUY your new connection again..🖕

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/2When i raised concern against extra charges and requested to allocate someone else he refused and said I can complaint to whomever I want.This is the 2nd bad experience with Jio even before becoming their customer.He has cancelled my porting request.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My issue hasn't been resolved yet. Your DM is unresponsive, your executives are defrauding customers to increase their sales count. This process of getting a service done is very disruptive and not as seamless as Jio promised earlier.

    Due to lockdown-2 in Maharashtra I had to come back to my hometown Kothari, Chandrapur,Maharashtra.The biggest problem is of internet. As soon as electricity is down the network is down and they talk about 4G .I get speed in KBs. I guess now it's time to switch from @reliancejio
